The Rose Garden Hotel was the best of 4 hotels we stayed in while in Myanmar. The room and all the facilities were fantastic, as were the staff. Even getting a taxi to and from the hotel was so much easier than anywhere else. We also experienced the restaurants which were fabulous, would definitely like to stay again.

Easy smooth check in process with friendly yet very courteous staff. A cool fresh pineapple juice was a nice touch while completing check in. The room I stayed was very roomy with a nice clean bathroom. Also the room had a nice view of the Shwedagon Pagoda. Breakfast buffet had rather many choices of western and local/Asian cuisines. I especially appreciated the staff to prepare my early breakfast before the normal buffet time since I had to depart early. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay here and will stay again if I return.

Like last time this hotel is just great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Only the hand shower under the rain shower constantly fell apart. We reported this to the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, it was only with a bit of glue trying to repair what did not even last one day. The thing then remained unrepaired (therefore a star deduction). We were 4 people in two rooms with connecting door. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The staff was as always very friendly and helpful. See you again in January 2019.

My favorite hotel in Yangon”
Like last time and the first time, this hotel is great. The rooms are clean and homey. Only the hand shower under the rain shower was constantly falling apart. This was already in December 2018 (therefore a star less at facilities). We were 4 people in two rooms with connecting door. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had in Yangon. The staff was as always very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot and see you next time.

Nice facility (especially restaurants and pool) with very courteous and helpful staff. Rooms were nice, and very close (3-5 kyat Grab ride max) to city center and sites. Definitely stay here again when visiting Yangon for a few days.

Very nice high quality hotel”
I'm a bit of a stickler for routine, hence I usually stay at the same hotels when I travel. In Yangon I have a usual hotel but due to being nearly full with only expensive rooms remaining, I decided to try this place. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Due to the coronavirus situation, staff took everyone's temperature when entering the hotel lobby. However, this process was very quick. My room was comfortable and chic, with a very modern feel to it. As I had driven in from Dawei and arrived at the hotel quite late (nearly 11pm) and hadn't had dinner yet, I decided to try some room service. I had an enjoyable meal and the cost wasn't too bad at all for a 5-star hotel. Next morning, breakfast was great with plenty of different choices available. The pool also looked inviting, although I didn't have any time to use it. I'll definitely consider staying here again and since I travel to Yangon on business very frequently, there is a good chance it will be very soon.
