The location is close to JR Asahikawa station and a few shopping malls and restaurants. The staff were also nice and the rooms were clean. Although there was an incident were I think the cleaners forgot to lock my room and left their spare key in. But other than that, it was a good stay. I was quite surprised with how cheap it was considering the facilities. Will definitely book here again!

It’s a 5 minute walk to Asahikawa station, important bus stops for going around Asahikawa, near great ramen places, and shops. The location is just perfect. Will definitely stay again when I come back for winter.

Great room for couple in a small double bed room. Good space, private room, got heater, water heater, bidet, refrigerator and others good facilities. Near tu asahikawa station and aeon mall.

This hotel is right on the shopping street of Heiwa Dori, 5 mins from the Asahikawa Train Station, and Aeon Mall, and just minutes from many eateries, restaurants, coupon restaurants, and izakayas. Very convenient! Free Wifi. No Password. Good Connection. Love that.

Only a few blocks walk from the train station and large shopping centres, plenty of great restaurants and convenience stores nearby, good restaurant in hotel. Older building and facilities but clean and comfortable with 2 coin-operated laundries. Didn’t pay for luxury so met expectations

Nice Location and Friendly Staff”
It’s close to the JR Station so getting around was easy. There is a mall nearby so plenty of choices for shopping and eating. It was relatively clean although not new. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Quite small room”
No complain just not recommended for those who need bigger space of room. The room very small compared to the other hotels I stayed during my vacation in Hokkaido. I think all Smile hotel are the same since I experienced the same small size of room at the smile hotel otaru.

Value but no clean”
Close to JR station. Good location, good value, courteous staff. But, I will not come back. The carpet is dirty, stink, we can see stained spots. Restroom seems clean but smell. At sheets are cleaned. This hotel need a thorough cleaning, remodeling, upgrade or at least replace the carpet.

Good location and near the Aeon mall and JR station”
The bed is comfy and good short walking distance to Aeon mall. No on-site parking at the hotel, but there is one behind and opposite the hotel. I paid 600yen/night and drive out the car before 10am, which is happen to be the hotel check-out time.

Low Cost Short Stay”
It's good for solo traveller for short trip. The room and shower is small and the fittings in the room are pretty retro. It can be pretty noisy at night at it's located in an entertainment district. I give kudos to the very friendly and helpful staff.

Small room but acceptable”
I did not expect much about the size as I knew before that Japanese hotel always have mini size. The location is great not that far from the Aeont mall and the train station, so it's quite convenient and only one thing I love about. However, I asked for non-smoking room but it's full for that type so it's quite unacceptable for me as I hate the cigarette smell which hurt my nose a lot. Anyway, stay only one night is fine.
