        We stay there because we shop in the area, we buy wholesale through some of the shops. Chinatown is not a clean area of KL, the staff were very helpful especially the cleaning woman who would always ask if we wanted the room cleaned. Sometimes we did not want it cleaned, Just clean towels and soap. We find for the price its good accommodation.

        STAYING IN CHINA TOWN”

        We stay there because we come to China Town to buy, its in the right place and suits us. Its easy to catch the bus to and from the airport A lot of people would not like China Town. Most of the people are very helpful, in terms of where to buy and where to eat. It was a good price and we will stay again maybe next time on our way to Taiwan or South Korea.

        Good enough”

        Everything is OK for the first night. But a little thing happened when we want to check out. The woman staff at there promise our luggage can put there until our rental car come to pick us up. But at the end, when we have arrived at the hotel, she said we have to move our luggage cause she wants to use the space for sth. It's recommended if you don't need a luggage storage after you check out.

        Easy to reach lrt wihtin few minutes, and shops. Room a bit small for more 3 person but overall okay for short stay.

        Not actually quite satisfied with the facilities they had. The towel is already worn out, kindly change to new one! The kettle is broken, the hairdryer is broken too (half-away drying my hair and suddenly it turned off by itself) and the TV is broken too (first I can see the image then it slowly faded and got blank), so end up not watching TV at all. No instant coffee is okay but please change the broken kettle. And it is so dangerous to put kettle near with TV too. And room only had 1 plug. Please make it 2 plug so easier to charge mobile and the other 1 use for hairdryer/kettle. Location is good, easy to find foods and walk to Petaling Street.

        Staff is very unfriendly.. location is strategic.. facilities is ok if compare with the price.. not really clean.. I already stay here 5 times but I think this is the last time because I really disappointed with the staff in the cashier.. all the staff in the cashier is same.. they are very unfriendly

        The hotel is near at the LRT (Plaza Rakyat Station). 5 minutes walking distance for attractions like the Central Market and Petaling Street (Chinatown). The staff were also good. The room was ok, clean and cheaper compared to others.
