Clean apartment, good communication. ”
I was with children for this stay. So we just want a place to sleep. You need to self check in as you won't meet and greeted by any of the staff and need to provide deposit for the stay too. The only downside is you need to pay for parking ie. can cost around rm20-30 per day if you just park in the car park. It costs rm2/hr. During pandemic, you need to book the swimming pool, 30 min per session. So if you are on tight schedule, just book the pool when you just arrived there at level 33A. No food restaurant near vicinity but you can walk a bit from the hotel and find places that sells food but you can order in Foodpanda or Grab at your convinience. There is 7E near the reception at your convenience, but things sold very limited. If you're not with a car, it will be more friendly for you as you won't pay the parking ticket, the place is very central very easy to get e-hailing. Host was on clear communication with me because I know what I want and what I do not expect from them, I am still very yound and instructions can be understood easily. Also the unit has no WiFi, maybe not convinient for Digital Nomads for the price. TV set has no cable TV, so you only get 5 SG channels. But that is okay for me as we don't stay for the TV, we stayed just for the beds and swimming pool for our short family getaway. For me price wise, it is reasonable as the unit is clean and very comfortable. Maybe things to improve is, provide dishwashing liquid and extra garbage bags as this is an apartment so guest might have a lot of litter to deal with as they would probably eat in the premise and not eating outside especially during the pandemic. Overall I enjoyed the stay and Nirmal was very good in accepting our request. Thank you very much.

Near City Square. lots of space for 4 pple”
Check in was abit troublesome as we could not do it over the front desk but we had to contact the number that was lsited on Agoda. However, the people were very efficient and showed us to our room in no time. it was a house with 2 bedrooms and it was very spacious for a night! less than 5mins walking distance to Citysquare and to top it off there was free parking. Will definitely be back again!

Me and my parents had a pleasant stay at the two-bedroom suite. The unit was well taken care of and was really clean. Definitely worth the value. Location wise was convenient as well as it was just walking distance away from JB Sentral. Would consider coming back again! :)

I stayed at the Three Bedroom. The place is really spacious! Suitable if you with groups or big family. However, please note that the parking is not provided and the charges are RM24/day (9pm-11am). Bearable if you stay for a short period. Comments about the unit: • Wifi is not provided • Cabinets in the toilet quite old & rusty • Windows are dirty • Air-conditioning is not cool and smelly • Hot shower broken in the master bedroom • Check-in process is confusing Good about the unit: • Spacious! • Got bathtub (Clean) • Enough towels & floormat • Cutlery is provided

Good Group Stay; Upkeep for Improvement”
For a one nighter, all was good. Very spacious, fittings looked good but are obviously not of the high end variety. Room upkeep needs work: faulty lights, chipped corners. But all in all value for money. Check-in procedure could have been clarified earlier at point of booking as it was a liaising with property agents to collect keys instead of standard check in procedure. Conflicting information on parking provided online with some sites indicating free parking and others don't. Nonetheless good experience; will do again especially in groups :)

Nice location with nice view, got 7e besides the lobby and a few marts in walking distance. Near to malls which gives lot of food choices for grab or food panda delivery. Nice ambience, surely will stay here again.

Room was big very suitable for fmly group,cheaper price,easy to communicate with agent,my kids really love the kid pool which is with playground, it feel safe to let them play with water&limited guest to use the pool in one time (SOP).Will repeat again in future. Walking distance from JB customs. All the Malls are linked nearby. Just a street across. KSL and holiday plaza is just a 6rm grab ride away. Would go back again.
