Lovely clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. The room maids are excellent. Our room was cleaned spotlessly every day. We would stay again without doubt. There are a number of inexpensive thai and European restaurants close by as well as convenience stores. We highly recommend Tevan.

Very good hotel”
For the price given is a good hotel. However how long you stay or your interests may be inconvenient due to location. Another good point is that bars, markets and food near by prices are also much more affordable than being in the city center. The hotel is good, big and clean. Taxis are 75 bath to walking street. Jomtiem beach is just 5 min walking.

We had a nice stay in Tevan Hotel. The bed is quite big and the room is very spacious. My only comment is the accesibility to public transport since tuktuks are not available in the area and only motorcycle are available in the area. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Its a great hotel, 1.2 km from Jomtien Beach, although Pattaya beach is more happening. Hotel has a clean swimming pool, but you have to wear swimming costume. They also have a nice bar

Stayed there for 5 days, good and nice hotel. Not too far for a walk down to jomtien beach around 800m I think. They also have apparment to rent right beside their hotel!

A fine-enough hotel”
For the fee of 500Baht you can’t go wrong - though I wouldn’t be happy paying much more. Basic rooms, comfortable enough. You could tell it’d been cleaned properly and recently but everything just a bit old and has that slight ‘ick’ (restrooms in lobby, shower and sink, fridge etc). Unfortunately there were lots of mosquitos, even up on the 5th floor. Might stay again if traveling on a tight budget.

Nice budget hotel near Jomtien beach”
The hotel is in the convenient location, not far from main road and Jomtien beach. Room is just the standard but new. Breakfast‘s not ok, not variety and the swimming pool is in front of hotel so everyone can pass by and lobby always get wet from the guest who walk from the pool. There’re only 3-4 parking lots for hotel guest.

Good value for the money if WIFI isn't important to you”
The Hotel is great but the WIFI lets it down, in the reception area the 5G is over 250 MPS but in the room I was lucky if I could connect and when I did it was between 2 and 6 MPS. The staff tried their best to reset the router but it was terrible. I needed the WIFI to do my work and couldn't do it so I checked out 4 hours later. If WIFI isn't important on your trip then the Hotel is excellent value for money.

About 20 minutes walk to busy area(beach). Some small restaurant/bars/street food nearby. Ok for a couple of weeks til you find a better location.
