Worth my money and will repeat”
Parking:valet rm30/entry, inside rm5/hr or rm15/day. If per day need to pay at reception upon check out. If per hr, pay at the machine. Deposit:rm300 for the house. U will get house key and black access card to lift and inside parking. They will put inside the mailbox and whatsapp the password to you. Rm50 for the red access card which only for main entrance. U will pay at the reception. House is very clean. Lots of amenities. But no toothbrush ya. Got shampoo, body cleanser,iron,hair dryer, cooking utensils, kettle, netflix, wifi. The ideal place for those who really love privacy. U dont even need to see the incharge person. Self check in. And no one can go in the residential block without both access card. Link bridge to bangsar lrt is available. At the center of KL, easy to move and eat.

Favourite Place to Stay”
This is a studio loft with basic kitchen appliances like stove, cooking pan, kettle, microwave, plates and cutlery. I always love the view from the balcony. Bed is cozy and comfortable and you can enjoy Netflix and WiFi is fast too! Brickfield (Little India) is 3min drive if u need late night supper (mamak restaurant) and there’s the nearest 7-11. 15min to KL city if not jammed. Thou if u need to park at the provided lot and RM15 will be charged perday or u can park infront of the building but remove the car before DBKL working hours to avoid summons. Best is to parked near a old kedai runcit near the graveyard. You get to enjoy sauna and also super nice swimming pool at Level 9. I always feel like home whenever I stay here!

The place was vry good. Good support from the staff from check in and check out. Suitable for 2 person. The extra bed were thin mattress on the floor at the hall. The air conditioning wasn't good enough for the day. Thank god there was a stand fan. Overall good!

Cozy loft accommodation”
This is our second stay. We love it here but belatedly realised that it is not suitable for families with very young children. The loft is exposed and we had to guard our children all the time. Also bring your own plastic cups/bowls if you are travelling with children. Pool is closed because of COVID-19.

2nd time with Plush”
This time I booked a bigger room. Got 1 master bedroom (with bathroom), 1 single room, 1 loft room and 1 bathroom at the living room. Dining table is also available. You will need to transfer the deposit RM300 upon check in. Check in time a bit late 3pm and check out time so early before 11am.

Reached counter but property is '3rd party own, so managed separately'. Called a number but given misleading instruction..ask to collect key from counter but keys not there, then to ask security who have't a clue. Have to keep calling for update. Asked to wait for key. No place to sit. Finally counter staff allowed me into the lounge to wait - for more than 1 hour. Asked to pay deposit & tourism tax.. cannot pay via credit card, cos no loose change so cannot pay. Asked to pay for room which is already paid via Agoda & then being pestered for miserable RM20.00 tax. Said I will be out early for work so ask them to collect at 7:45 am but staff not working yet.. after that want to come to my room to collect while i am not in during the day. Then not long after that ask when I will be back.. no peace for me..management need to look into more proper guest handling & co-ordination. On positive side, unit is nice, clean & cosy. Lovely & comfortable stay if not for the above.

Great Airbnb style loft apartment”
The Establishment or EST consist of service apartment runs by different companies as well as long term permanent resident who stays in this building. I booked through Plush and I have to commend the service provided by the team. They're responsive and attend to my request pretty promptly. One downside is the shower amenities. It can be improved. While i feel it's slightly over-priced, but the location is great just a short walk from Bangsar LRT and a short drive from KL Sentral. Not too sure if ill be back soon since i can opt for Alila Hotel (also in the same building) if i pay just a liuttle extra.

Room is spacious and beautiful, but the check in are not easy cos we need to contact the agent there and takes forever, and also there is no place to sit while waiting them.

Be cautious about the hidden charges of cleaning, taxes and deposit”
The bnb condition is okay. But there’s a very IMPORTANT thing that should be careful off. There isn’t any T&C status about the deposit, once booked and before check in the owner said there’s a deposit of RM300 plus reception deposit RM50. After staying the cleaning fees and taxes is charged. This really make people feel uncomfortable. The price that show in Agoda is not the final price, they use any other way to charge the customer, this is real tricky.

Looks nice, as seen in pictures. However, we had to cab to shopping belts, of course there was a choice to take the train. Lobby, lifts etc had high security. But the room only has 1 key lock. Generally, ok place to stay if you're not picky. Has nice interiors etc. Major cons were that my balcony was facing a cemetery and we got bitten by bedbugs.
