Amazing stay with the most attentive staff ”
Despite this not being a popular choice with families of young children, we decided to stay here and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The staff were absolutely incredible and went out of their way each time when any request was made. My daughter was allergic to nuts and they ensured the cupcakes delivered were nut free and even came with a personalised note! The reception team arranged restaurant and car reservations for me and everything was perfectly handled. Even the concierge was so efficient - we were meant to go to a restaurant and he called to check if it was open before we headed there. I would highly recommend this hotel. Just a few steps from the train station, easily accessible, wonderful spacious rooms and many wonderful restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good as well. Thank you W - my children were made to feel so welcome and comfortable. A big thank you to all the amazing staff!

I have been to BKK so many times and this was my first stay at W Bangkok! ❤️ Definitely it will not be my last! I don't usually post reviews but this is a must! Very hospitable & friendly concierge team where making you feel at home is certainly important! The room interiors are classy yet chic as I am an avid enthusiast to boutique hotels with unique ID. And to end my stay, a warm farewell by everyone in W Bangkok, which includes a thank you email from their General Manager! Customer service from the heart of all and am definitely coming back to W Bangkok as my choice of stay! Private Party Central”
W BKK hotel rooms are extra-soundproofed/insulated so you can have your own mini party without disturbing other guests and getting calls from the front desk to turn down the music. It's a very expensive property but if you need a place you can have a private party in your room (within reason, of course!) by all means THIS IS THE PLACE. W beds are heavenly, the decor uber chic and the staff are genuinely friendly, courteous, and outstanding even by Thai standards (I've lived here 27 years). Don't hesitate to book W if you need a special place to wow someone or meet up with your BFF for a reunion!

Absolutely Perfect!!”
Thank you for an upgrade to a gorgeous suite which was full of red and pink balloons 🎈 cakes and a best wishes card as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! This hotel is total luxury and ALL the staff are professional and so so helpful. The location is great and easy access to sky train from the hotel. If you are in Bangkok I definitely recommend staying at the W Hotel as a first choice.

All the staffs are nice , good in service ,willing to help and answer every questions , gentle and Kind .... the room is full of facilities that you need , Comfy bed with many pillows , bathroom is sexy with mirrors all around and water supply is great , fine pressure and warm water is always served , no need to wait too long ... impressive !

Staff members are very professional and nice, always huge smiles. The hotel is chic and definitely a great place to stay at. Room is big, bed is huge and comfortable. The only down side is it’s been a few years already and some decor or facilities like the kettle/wardrobe got a bit dirty and worn out.

Enjoyed our stay at W Bangkok. The service was superb! They were so detailed and caring and they even noticed that we drink alot of water and put a note in our room to say that they noticed we drink alot of water so they put alot more bottles for us. It was indeed an awesome experience staying there and we will definitely recommend it to everyone.
