Good value and good service ”
Booked 2 rooms here at Enclave for our small group. Rooms were decent sized, clean and had all the basic amenities. Hotel was located near to many shops and eateries. Service was great as staff was helpful in providing me with information on parking and breakfast. Will book this hotel again the next time I am back.

Good hotel for a short stay”
Cuckoo water filter available. Public parking a short walk away from the hotel. Friendly staff. Nice cute room, but the double room had no windows ( it’s large enough, just that if you are someone who likes having a window,it might disappoint you ) Adequate cleanliness but the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Kettle and coffee provided in room.Overall suitable for a short stay in town especially if you have a meeting in Putrajaya. Would return

The counter staffs are very helpful.My request on a room with windows was promptly entertained by switching the room.When my card keys having problem..the counter staf came up with me to make sure the car was okay.Surely will stay here again d next time I come to Putrajaya

Everything is good because it is a new hotel. I love everything. Its spacious enough. Just the parking is limited. It will be good if the hotel can provide parking lot for the guest. There is no refrigerator. But its ok, worth with the price.

Staying one night for government or agency meeting is ok if you are not a light sleeper.. Noises from the street may disturb you with cars, motorcycle. Room are not sound proof. Hotel room and toilet is good size with simple basic facilities. Need to provide slippers and mouthwash cup. Agoda price do not include tax and service charges

Pro: Good location. Room is clean. Nearby restaurants and mini market. Cons: Hotel use public parking space/lot. Receptionist tend to talk to each other while serving customers. Overall: The stay worth the money.

The location is good.Hotel is new and room is spacious. Toiletries and hair dryer are provided. The bed is comfy. However,the room is a bit dusty. And floor is a bit sticky. It might not suitable for light sleeper too.
