Great place compared to a hotel and value for your money. Only concern about checking-in. We arrived late (7pm) and having trouble checking in. Took us 30-45 minutes to go inside our room. Apparently, 1 staff from Encorp is always outside the building waiting for guests that booked a room... what if we arrived too late and that staff already went back home? I hope you can improve on this. Overall, it's all good and would still consider to book this place again when we travel to JB. Thanks.

Superbly located in the heart of Puteri Harbour area, amenities (FNB outlets, convenience stalls, Puteri Harbour Marina and hotels) are within short walking distances. Legoland is just 5 mins drive away. Large, bright and airy service apartment that is equipped just like home, but at a fraction of the cost of neighboring hotels such as Jen and Somerset. Area is safe and quiet.

Worth For Price”

Initially, i was quite down because of difficulty to locate the place of stay. First of all, this is an apartment managed by company, hence, there is no front counter/check in desk. You need to call the PIC using the number provided in the website. Next, there are actually 2 tower, Tower 1 and Tower 2. When we arrived, we are struggling with the security, which keeps on demanding us to tell them where we stay either tower 1 or 2 (which we have no idea at all). After the storm settles, we were very pleased with the room. Interior design is as in the picture. Its very huge for the price. Everything is complete up to laundry, kitchen and dinner table. I dont think you can get a hotel with 50++m2 with this price. Perhaps one of the best apartment if you want to visit legoland (5min away)

This is my first time in JB. Only 1 problem, when I arrived I dont know where exactly the hotel is because it has two building tower A and tower B.It took 30minutes trying to call the person in charge. I quite dissapointed because when I book this hotel already tell them to check in early but when I arrived no one there to give keys. This need to improve. Other that its all fine and the suites is worth for money 👍

except for value for money and cleanliness, i would also like to rate other items as excellent but due to the condition that this apartment is newly opened, more facilities are yet to be equipped. The in room facilities are definitely excellent! Staff in charge with the security were friendly and easy to deal but in future the administration may be improved. Location wise.. its fast developed with mixed development and i like the cafe across the road with great and various food plus the 24 hours shop. The Hello Kitty Town is just a 5 min walking distance.

This is a condo actually.. swimming pool with small slides. U have to find the guard and tell them u booked thru Agoda and the guard will give u the Auntie number as there is no counter to check in. Auntie will meet u and pass u the keys(card). 3 mins walk to Hello Kitty land. 3mins walk to a 24hrs Indian restaurant with prata, etc... Multi Storey carpark just like any other condos’... it has hair dryer, fridge, front load washing machine(without detergent), kettle, washing sponge with liquid detergent, plates, forks and spoon, very strong signal wifi. Huge toilet..

Clean, very tidy. Fully equipped with refrigerator, dining table full set with cutlery, washing machine, wifi, BATH TUB and others. Price VERY reasonable. Friendly auntie (person in charge). The only thing is no microwave hence a bit difficult to heat up meals as the shops nearby is limited.

Love the interior decoration. The apartment is complete with everything you need for short stay. Allot of parking space. Didn't face any problem during check-in as based on previous guest feedback during check-in i did my arrangements early (1 week before arrival). I contacted Agoda after not getting any reply from the property via Agoda messaging. Got the reply right away with contact rep number ( Aunty Siew). Aunty Siew is super nice and very help i give 5* for her service. 2 Bedroom with very comfortable bed. Good water pressure and hot shower + Bathtub on 1 of the room. We got the straits tebrau via very relaxing. Overall love the stay.. recommended!

Nice View, Suite and TV Channel Got Problem”

the malay staff (Akmal) is a nice, helpful guy and aunty siew as well (even im just converse in whatsapp). will stay in here in future. but the TV Channel is a lil bit disappointment to me because the Malaysian Channel is not in good condition, Singapore channel is clear as sky. need to improve on the TV Channel. otherwise, is great! nice view and nice suite. thanks for your hospitality!

Everything was good but as this is my 1st time booking this kind of property, checking-in is a bit challenging as need to call agoda who then give a contact number of the company managing the premise who then send her staff to give me tha access cards. But everything else was good.

last minute booking”

The picture on the website is exactly what you get. Got the unit facing the sea which was as described. Amenities in the room was as per a hotel room, minus the daily housekeeping of course, complimentary towels was provided. Check in and out was easy. Was abit skeptical on how to check in as this was a condo. Location was just opposite Puteri Harbour where we intended to visit, chinese local food available about 10 mins drive away.

the appartment is newly renovated, host is very nice to wait for us till late at night when we checked in, 1 coffee shop just opposite and convenient store is just downstairs ( please check the expiry date for all food and drink as i bought my strawberry milk that was 4mth expired). i will definitely will come back.

The care taker aunty siew was very helpful and the apartment were very comfortable... My kids really enjoy the swimming pool.. the only cons is the property is still new and there is a lot of renovation going around..
