Good”

It was quite confusing if u r first time there. Well my story goes like. We reach there, we suppose to go to encorp residence to get access card first. Before we can proceed to residence car park. Unlucky for us. We have trouble with car park access card. We call for intercom, but to no avail. No one answer. Then we manage to call the host. But he couldn't do anything since we need to get in touch with the encorp management (via intercom, which there is no one answer through intercom). Last resort I try to ask front desk. But then is a no too. Since the one who is on duty is security guard. End up. We park our car outside. I was quite upset with the whole incident. But then throughout my stay. The place was really a nice place to stay.

i stay at 2 nights. what can i said is very clean rooms, quite and good for stay.. for check in and check out very easy and the staff very good and totally very good service.

There is hairs on the bed and toilet. Others is fine huge bed. Each bed have a toilet 👍👍Suitable for a group travel like us. Need to take a precautions because there is a covid-19 case. Don't worry they provided hand sanitizer before you enter the lift

I’m not sure if this is in the hotel category of agoda. If it is, it should be removed and put into agoda homes Pros - the place was huge - allow one hour late checkout Cons - no water provided - no hand towels. No face towels. - no amenitites provided except shampoo and shower gel - I booked 2 nights. The Housekeeping team didn’t clean on the second day - the smell of the softener was Super strong. - the blanket was stained - the floor of the shower areas were stained - cleaning equipment was not kept properly - too early for check out timing at 11 am

Large place but disappointing”

Place is large with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, location is good (mall below is almost lifeless but there are still plenty of places to eat nearby). There is also a Coway water purifier which is the first time I seen a host provide (its hot water function seem to not be working though). However, cleanliness and facilities wise this place disappoints. The bathrooms smell, the aircond units seem to be long overdue for maintenance (one unit in the living room doesn't even work), one of the windows can't shut properly, the front door is having trouble closing, and to top it all off, the single beds seem rickety and unsafe to sleep on. When we tried to sleep on it, it buckled, causing one of the wooden planks supporting the mattress to break. Contacted the host about the bed, someone came but he said he can't do anything about it. Because of this, one of us is forced to sleep on the floor. Host seems friendly though as they do not blame us for the broken bed. They were also willing to extend the checkout time from 11am to 12pm (we requested 12.30pm). But overall, I cannot recommend this place to anyone until the host fixes the myriad of problems I pointed out. The whole apartment just feels dilapidated and in disrepair.
