The Best Staycation Ever!”
My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. Just for a short staycation and also to celebrate our first year wedding anniversary. Once we arrived, we were welcome by the staff and we feel so pleasant. The lobby was modern design and very welcoming. All the staff at the reception was good and treated us nicely especially Zaidi. He sent us to our room. And we were surprised that the hotel give us a surprise by setting the bed with love swan and rose petal and also delicious chocolate cake to celebrate our anniversary. So thoughtful and the room was spacious. The view from our room was spectacular. We can see the KLCC and the city. At night, the view become more breathtaking. The room was clean and the mini bar was complimentary. Overall, we have a good time there and for sure will come back for a longer stay to try the pool, since MCO due to Covid-19 the pool still close. Thank you EQ!

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was new , modern, excellent design, spotless clean and spacious bathroom. Love the bed so much , so comfortable. Location is awesome as well , walking distance to Pavilion. We had a great lunch time at Restaurant Nipah, food is good, staff is so friendly. Room service is excellent, food is yummy, price is quite reasonable. Relaxing body massage at level 29 Sanctum Spa. Beautiful Sky Bar at 51th floor , KLCC VIEW. This is the best hotel so far I stayed in KL. I will highly recommend this Hotel for Couple , Friends and Families. We had a relaxing and luxurious holiday. Will plan to stay for my next trip.

Our check-in was smooth, greeted by friendly staffs [Literally every stuff you bumped into] Upon checking in, room was nothing but beyond what we could have imagine. We were escorted personally by Melissa (who checked us in) to our room and she briefed us on every single gadgets available. Greeted with a fancy bathroom tub with a KL tower view followed by bedroom with a KLCC view. It just enlighten our day as the sunlight graciously portray how a 5 star hotel room should look like. Highly recommended, it's worth every penny.

Had a short staycation here with a group of friends and absolutely loved it. The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. The skybar was incredible during the day and the night. Even the pool had a perfect view of KL Tower. Will definitely come back to EQ.

Great place to spend your weekends. Walking distance to KLCC and Pavilion Shopping Mall. The room is comfortable, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Price is a little expensive, but it's worth a try. Definitely will come again in future :)

Good location within 10-15min walking distance to KLCC and Pavilion shopping mall. Hard Rock Cafe KL also around 10min walk. Room are spacious enough, the staff are very friendly and polite. Worth it as our staycation. The infinity pool has an amazing view of all Malaysia landmark, KLCC, KL tower and the upcoming TR Exchange and PNB 118.

We’ll definitely come back again. The view from our room at level 41 with KLCC background is just amazing. We can just watch the firework from our room during new year’s night. The pool is a bit crowded because it’s not that big so during holiday season you kinda have to cramp with other kids n adults. And don’t forget to checkout their Sanctum Sauna n shower, love it.

We stayed here on New Year’s Eve. There were long queue during check in, but they have a mobile staff who attend to us quite fast. Room was great, facing klcc view. The breakfast varieties is slightly less for a 5 star hotel.
