Pros - located in a nice location, close walking distance to Central and 7-11. Comfy bed and plenty of parking space. Cons - no tissue paper and bin in the restroom and there was a tiny cockroach in the room.

A very clean and safe room with standard facilities. Free bottles of water in a fridge. Staff are very helpful. I just booked via Agoda about 10 minutes before arrived, but I could get a room straight away.

Its location is 10 mins drive to terminal 21, room is clean and spacious. Overall the price for its room is a totally worth it.

This is another one, common in Thailand, where rooms mainly cater to long term renters and left over rooms are put out for short staying customers. On check in the counter staff really had no clue about Agoda bookings and the only person with access to the system was not on site, so check in took about half an hour, not a good thing after a long day. Also common for Thailand after hours staff are usually students and in this instance they really delivered lackluster service. I must say this was in stark contrast to the lady receptionist during the daytime. We had a huge issue when we returned after a long day for our second night to find there had been no room service during the day, so the towels were still wet on the floor, beds unmade and dirt on the floor from when we'd turned on the air conditioner the night before was still there. To her credit the manager, when called, was very apologetic and directed the necessary attention but really this sort of thing just shouldn't happen in a service oriented industry. That said the sleep quality was good and in particulary the area is great for restaurants, bars and night life. I hope the manager and staff pick up the ball after this and make the necessary changes, it could be a great place to stay for couples, we had an extra bed and this really made the room pretty squeezy! I'm tempted to say I'll go back one more time in the future, but I'm not sure, there's a lot of choice.

Great place butit is a bit away from the centre”
This is the best place I have stayed in Korat. Most places are dark and over priced. This is close to a University and is simple, clean and pleasant. It is a distance from Korat centre, about 5 minutes from the New Bus Station by local bus. I liked it enough to return the following week. If the distance from Korat centre is not an issue to you I recommend ABM.
