This resort is not safe to Stay with Small children. It’s a lot of dogs running around”
We checked in to two Thai villas, on the balcony it was holes that children could get injured, the balcony was not safe. Material was rotten. One part of the balcony booked when stepping on it. The sinks was blocked. Over the windows it was a big gap so mosquitoes got easy inside. We counted 14 wild dogs. Some swimming in the children’s pool. Some stealing food from tables and some peed on the relaxing chairs next to the beach. The kids where really afraid of the dogs. And overall it’s not safe with small children In that Resort. Because of safety we had to find another Resort.

This is supposedly a 3 star hotel, and although we were informed that the whole of the hotel would be refurbished in April that was'nt any consolation to us. Had Agoda inspectors check this hotel out ,l'm sure this property would have been down graded. Agoda should get there act together!

Hotel supposedly "changing hands" and in extremely poor condition. Suspect it is near bankruptcy. Not suitable for listing on Agoda.

There was a double booking for my room and I had to settle for a smaller room. Called Agoda and they blamed the hotel. They did not take any responsibility which was outrageous.

Trully disapointing”
I came to this hotel, because I stayed there last year and I really enjoyed it. This year it was terrible - the reception does not speak English (or very basic one), does not provide any assistance, nothing. They also do not react to the troubles in the room, which were reported to them. They do zero maintenance, which results into the fact, that you can't even have the blinders closed for the night or the normal situation in the bathroom. Not a good value for money. Only the cleaning stuff is nice and helpful, but not the reception ladies.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had !!!.”
Checked in and the room I was given had serious mould on the ceilings. I don’t mean a few marks I mean unhealthy. Reception gave me a different room to check into. This room had not been cleaned from the previous occupant, bins full, towels strewn everywhere, bed was filthy etc etc. I went back to reception and was told it would be cleaned in the next hour or so. I trusted this to be okay and went out for the day. I came back at 7 pm to find the room in the same state. Quite clearly nobody cares. I spent the next hour trying to find someone who could help as everyone at reception had left. Eventually at around 9 pm someone found me a room that was still in poor condition and not very clean but I didn’t have much Choice. On check out all I got was a empty sorry. The beach is nice that’s it. This hotel is in a real state and I hear it’s in the process of renovation that is badly needed, the toilets by the pool were leaking everywhere, a lot of hazards around the resort also. I would rather sleep in the bushes than stay here again. It’s like Faulty towers without the humour. Absolutely disgusted!!!!!!

Disappointing”
The Location is very nice with a nice beach and pool area. The Bungalow wasn't very clean and we didn't have hot water in the shower. Nobody cared to get it fixed during our 2 - night stay. Regarding the high Price per night all in all we where quite disappointed.

The hotel is old and, although, it does not offer an unpleasant experience please be aware that more than half of the services they say they offer are not true. There are no restaurants by the beach neither bar or poolside bar. The only restaurant near the lobby only offers a very basic breakfast but it is closed for lunch and dinner. Perhaps, that´s what they offer as "coffee shop". There are no Room and laundry services either. Beside that, the staff is nice and the beach is ok. The rooms were cleaned everyday. It is also located in an area with many restaurants and shops around (but still the resort should not advertise something that they do not offer).

The hotel is good for relaxing, calm and peaceful beach is right here. the hotel has own beach for sun bathing, there's noce pool for anyone.The food is acceptable with good taste. The room is not too perfect as this is only 3 stars hotel, while I was staying, aircon in my room was down so the first night is too hot, but staff can fix shortly when I informed in morning. Totally I am impressed staying here and will be there again.

Excepcional”
We were so lucky to have this hotel for our stay. The hotel is safe and quite easy to find. The room had enough space for 5 of us with the separated room for my kids, That was great. the pool bar was also great, We can have a very delicious food with a payable price.The hotel got a private beach which made our family really enjoy. So I strongly recommend this hotel to all traveler, especially with kids. One more thing we would like to say thanks to the hotel reception staff who gave us such a warmly welcome and kindly assist. We will give this hotel 5 stars, thanya

This hotel is located in the best location at kaibae beach and there is in front of the beach . It is easy to find food by walk around the hotel. But the room is not clean as the furniture and air conditioner are quite old.

Stayed at Chang Park Resort for 10 days, it's a little rundown but the location and staff are good. ”
Kittens were nice, geese, not so much. Moo4 and Chez Davids are 2 nice places to eat close by.

Lovely resort great pool 10m from the beach close to lots of restaurants and shops in Kae bay food and drink good prices at the bar will come back next year bathroom was very old but then if it was all new price would be more so we didn't care as it was a great location for beach and pool

Clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff, when you do see them. Private beach, thats really nice. Pool bar with reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet had a variety of options.

The hotel is perfectly placed a shory walk from the bars and resturants in the area and right on the beach. The stagf dont speak the best english but will still go out of there way to help you. The rooms were a slight disappointment being slightly run down and not maintained this is a common theme in asia and a real shame as the place could have been prefect! For a budget stay right on the beach however, this place is perfect!
