Hotel Cancel Me in Last Minute”

I have booked the hotel and they’re are available spaces but they cancel me and refer me to other hotels. I am really disappointed but only accept the choices as if there are not available space; they should not let customers to book.

Clean and quiet”

Stayed in one of the newer masonry bungalows, which was spacious and modern. Only fault with the design is the door to the bathroom is less that 1.8 metres high. Great for the average Thai but not for the average westerner. A conscious reminder to duck was needed! Staff were good but when we called for a more accurate location before arrival, neither staff we spoke to could tell the Soi number off the main road. Nevertheless they did have a decent size sign on the main road which made it easier to find. (Soi 7 for those that need directions). The address given by Agoda is not complete to be able to find without assistance.

Wonderful place. It's located in a beautiful natural location next to a plot of land with all kinds of plants, you can hear all kinds of insects at night while relaxing on the porch. The room was new and modern, very clean. Highly recommend it!

I thought agoda should have more hotel audit, this hotel some facilities in mal function, I pay for suit room cause i expect to use some facilities but it is not work, no compensation from hotel so why i have to pay more.

A quaint, friendly, peaceful stay.”

Stayed in a suite, it was a nice clean bright little cottage. It has a good comfortable kingsize bed. A Jacuzzi hot tub (great for a relaxing soak). nice clean shower and toilet. A small fridge with a wardrobe above it. parking is to the side of the cottage. The resort is small but seems very busy most evenings. Throughout the day it is quiet. There is a small plunge pool but nothing else. The breakfast is small but adequate. There is no food available on site after breakfast, but have a couple of friendly restaurants about 500 metres away. The staff are friendly, and the young housekeeper was particularly helpful bringing water and fresh towels. If you want to put your feet up and unwind for a couple of days then this place is good for that. Its a good 15/20 min car ride to the main part of the city. On a whole the stay was really enjoyable and just what we needed.

Great Breakfast ”

The only thing amazing about this place was the breakfast and the staff. Although we might have had trouble communicating with the staff, they did their best to accommodate our needs. The only problem was the balcony had garbage bags that had been sitting out for days and we had some maggots coming into our room because of it (not a big deal)... but later we used their bathroom sink and somehow there was a water leak that went all the way to the living room. The stay wasn’t terrible but it was also far away from everything.

The bungalow itself is nice with all necessary items, breakfast is so-so, make sure you ask for the Thai breakfast or you will be served the usual westerners hot dog sausage and egg with instant coffee!! Location is a bit out of the way, owners dogs roam around and we had dogs dirt outside our cabin - not acceptable! Pool is postage stamp size and right beside restaurant, not tempting at all I'm afraid.

Nice bungalows. but sliding doors on ours was difficult to close and lock properly. Also, poorly weather sealed so airconditioning caused fogging everywhere
