Mal servicio, limpieza inexistente, cama hecha polvo y el ascensor no funcionaba. Cuando llegue a recepcion no habia nadie y tube que espersr media hora a ser atendido y por lo que parece mi habitacion se la habian dado a otra persona, menos mal que al final encontraron una habitación disponible... Si vais a la full moon esta bien, igual que cualquier otro hotel pero si vuestra intencion es Visitar la isla y estar varios dias buscad otra cosa.

Hotel pésimo, abandonado, sucio!! Una total pesadilla!! Nunca hospedarse aquí!!”
Las fotos de este hotel en Agoda son una farsa!! Nunca nadie debe hospedarse aqui, este lugar deberia ser cerrado de inmediato. El hotel esta totalmente abandonado y en decadencia!! El peor alojamiento que he tenido en la vida!! Camas rotas, sabanas manchadas, baños asquerosos, instalaciones totalmente deterioradas, sin servicios prometidos (tv, cable, WiFi, nada!), piscinas sucias de color verde como estanques! Un total desastre y riesgoso para la salud!! Agoda debe dejar de promocionar este hotel de inmediato. Me siento totalmente engañada y defraudada por este alojamiento!! Había reservado 2 noches, pero me retire de urgencia y tuve que buscar otro hospedaje por las pésimas condiciones de este lugar. Fue muy difícil conseguir otro hospedaje porque era época de festival de luna llena en esta isla. Había reservado con mas de un mes de anticipación para no pasar molestias en el festival, pero no me sirvio de nada planear anticipadamente; la experiencia en este hotel fue desastrosa!!

Nobody was at reception they not pickup our phone calls nobody was in the area of the hotel people around say they shut down the hotel. we cannot checkinn so we have to move on and book another hotel

Only good thing about this place is location”
Pictures are not up to date. Place was old, pool is empty and filled with dirt. Elevator is out of order and left rusted. Bed does not have topper. Anyhow they do have AC and warm shower lol. So if you are dont mind all above and look for any place after wild exhausting fullmoon party you will be fine lol.

The place was dead even for full moon, the staff were very nice with a young family. It was scary for us young girls to go back to our room at night with barely anyone there in a big resort. There was no safe in the room. However the location was amazing, so close to Haad Rin beach for full moon and shops and restaurants.

Dear ladies and gentlemen, We’ve booked a couple of rooms through your booking Plattform and we are pretty satisfied about your service. But the last hotel of our booking was absolut not reasonable!!! I talk about the drop resort and spa in Koh Phangan. The hotel was dirty, the pool was not useable and the railing of the stairway and floors was life threatening. The A/C was not working and the toilet in the room was absolutely dirty!!!! It is absolutely clear that a comparison between German and Thai hotel standards are not possible but these hotel is really not reasonable for your clients. I can’t believe how you can offer such a hotel on your portal?! Both rooms were prepaid! Of course we checked out again after 5 minutes stay. I really would appreciate if you could charge us a part of our money back!!! Enclose you can find some pictures about that lovely place! Thank you so much in advance for your corporation! This hotel has been abandoned since 2012 the pictures are a lie. Beds are filthy mosquitos ecerywhere. Swimming pool is non existent you cannot use

This hotel was a big party hotel years ago .But is pretty well shutdown now My wife and I spoke with the guy in charge and he told us he had no staff and the place was up for sale . There is no bars no restaurant no wi fi no TV . We were not to worried because we were only there 3 nights and it was cheap for full moon party time .

Rundown and outdated. The photos, amenities, and description on Agoda and the Drop In website are false!! There is no spa, no bar or restaurant on property (like the website says). No wifi!! This motel was probably amazing 10 years ago but it is horrible now. There was no running water for part of our stay and guests kept coming down to the lobby to tell the manager and he was screaming "no refunds! You wait!" Eventually he got the water running again. This motel is worth $8 a night and we paid $48!! Scam and rip off.

the WORST - EMPTY, HAUNTED, BAD”
We arrived at 9p. The staff was drunk. The room they offered us had springs protruding from the mattress, paint on the bedding and a broken toilet. We asked to change rooms which they did accommodate without hassle... but the second room was worse. More neon paint on desks, curtains, floors. Bedding had giant holes and rips, pillow was moldy. THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE WALL. The bathroom had cobwebs, sawdust and loose ceiling tiles. The shower water smelled like rotten eggs. There was a used soap bar and toothpaste on the mirror (do they even clean these rooms?!) The balcony door didnt lock and the staff drank wildly two rooms over. This hotel is NOT WHAT IT SEEMS and is truly a well worn ****hole from trashed full moon partiers. The staff's english was not great so it was impossible to adequately complain. HUGE waste of money - attempting to get refund from Agoda. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. AVOID IT!

easy walking distance into the full moon beach... staff were funny, easy to make friends as the balconies are side by side and everyone is usually chit chatting or by the pool!
