El personal de recepcion es excelente, muy amable, y con ganas de resolver cualquier pequeno inconveniente o duda que pudiese surgir...Te ayudan y te facilitan la estancia, no solo en su hotel, sino en Koh Chang...Hemos quedado muy gratamente sorprendidos de que esta caracteristica destaque tanto en Tailandia, donde todo el trato es muy satisfactorio en cualquier hotel, pero este muchacho es demasiado...

Silent and peacefull”
Lady at the reception very friendly and garden like vibe makes it pleasant place to stay, I stayed in multiple bungalows and only rather small complaint is that some of them do not have enough plugs if you need to charge multiple devices. Overall happy of my stay here.

Tranquility and beauty in a lush garden setting”
I loved my stay at the Faye Orchid. I am contemplating coming back here again as I just enjoy Koh Chang so much. FO is located in Bailan..it is a little bit away from the convenience of the eateries of Lonely Beach but it has its own delights...one of which is the beach nearby at the Mercure and the beautiful big butterflies in the orchid garden. I also enjoyed the pool day and night. What made this stay really special though was the thoughtful, organized and kind staff, helmed by Ms Amy who was happy to listen and provide assistance and recommendations throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you enjoy nature and peace away from the busier more touristy areas in Koh Chang.

Best value for money”
We were staying in the family room, having our own balcony and bathroom almost the same size as the room (shower and bathtub). The room was awesome, very big with modern furniture but at the same time giving you a feeling of Thai materials. For the price we paid, it was the best option you could have in Koh Chang for 3 people. The environment of the resort was nice, in the nature, giving us the opportunity to enjoy evenings in the pool under tropical trees. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!!

Poorly maintained after change in management”
Front desk staff was lovely. However our room was not like the photos shown on Agoda. The toilet seat was broken, tap on the sink was wobbly and sprayed water everywhere. Bathroom door did not close properly. The whole facility was poorly maintained due to a change in management, and not worth 900 baht.

Upgraded to a better room”
We had booked a bungalow with partial seaview, that really is partial. You could see a part of the ocean through the window if you stood in the right angel. Upgraded to a better room which we were very happy with.

Booked it because it looked like a really good offer with 'all inclusive' as it sad in the text. The all inclusive just meant access to the pool. It seems like a really overpriced place. What we got was ok for the price we payed, but according to agoda we saved 70% of the price. I anyone ever pays the real price they will be disappointed. It's a shame since the setting is quite nice and the staff helpful

I love it will come back for sure delux Bungalow all I need good wiue from terrace, Friendly staff, ok pool and jacuzzi. Short distance to lonely beach if want to go to bars.

good vacation hotel”
we had first the wooden deluxe bugalow in the raining time. There it was to dark and smelly for us but everything else was there in a goos condition especially the bathroom. After that we changed to the concrete bugalow that was for us a bit luxury with a great view and much more brighter, The bed was a super soft and big that i had never seen before in Thailand but as i said, it was more than an ordinary room

Great staff. Good breakfast. Bathroom was fine but bathroom could be cleaner (mould in the grouting) and loose fittings fixed. Very small swimming pool and pointless Jacuzzi - it was 39C for most of the day! Good quiet location with a small sandy beach at one end of the rocky foreshore. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Plenty of baht buses available. Wifi was extremely flakey but no one else reported any problems.

We enjoyed our stay very much and apprrciated the clean hotel and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel does not have a beach, one needs to walk 10 minuted to Lisca Besch - not a very nice one, or 30 minutes to Lonely beach, which is a bit nicer. For shopping or going for a drink, there is not much, one also has to walk to lonely beach - or rent a motorbike for 3 dollars and be there in 5 minutes :) We were very happy, thanks to the friendly staff, you are great people!
