good for family group”

nice place for group family, a bit on the expensive side but because of long weekend rate, rooms were clean and nice, staffs were very nice, spacious house but too clustered, was quiet when stayed but could be noisy in high season weekend, pool was great, very clean and clear water, but could have been better with children pool. restaurant was excellent, good taste and quality, and the best is super cheap, not to be missed.

Overpriced”

Booked this resort as a stop over for 3 nights on our way to Bangkok, was a little disappointed with the resort. Firstly, what you see on the internet are pictures of the resort brand new from day 1 not as they are now, starting to look a bit tired. The bungalow's are quite spacious and clean, however they are very stark and not warming. You only get the bare minimum of towels and toiletries. The surrounds and pool are OK. There is no coffee or tea making available in the rooms, you have to go reception to have a coffee or tea. During the week you get a set breakfast, and on the weekend you have a buffet, it was OK for a Thai breakfast. If you think of holidaying here for the beach forget it, the beach is kept clean, however, it is next to a tidal river and the water is a muddy brown colour, I personally would not swim here. In conclusion, I would not come here again as what you get for the price is over rated. OK for a short stop only. Good food across the road 'Steves' restaurant.

October in Laem Sing”

This is our second stay at this resort. There have been improvements to the interior decor. The breakfast is slightly improved. The coffee is really bad compared to last visit. I would suggest a hair dryer in each room. Like most Thai resorts, the beds are hard. The new little bar and grill across the street was welcome for a food resource other than the resort.

Basic and clean but worn”

At night groups of young people gather on the beach and play music and drink. It is very loud and goes on till midnight. Nothing "Natural" about that! The room needed some repairs but was functional and clean. We did not have breakfast because we over slept due to the racket.

Great accommodation with a great location”

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Located in the little town of Laem Sing next to a park and on the beach. The rooms were bungalows with a separate living and bedroom. Very well maintained, clean and modern.

Great location but a bit worn out and looks like its losing money ,we were the only guests in the whole place and they couldnt figure out the wifi so no wifi . Also price was much higher than similiar places in the area. We paid premium but got average.

Crap”

Hotel crap. Manger couldn't care less no child bed for my 2 year old son just a small mattress on the floor of a room that wasn't big enough for 3 people. Asked for a bigger room (wanted to pay for it) but was told they were full and the two bedroom units were all taken. After the second night we were the only people staying there. Breakfast was no better food cold and taste less. We were supposed to stay for a week but as there is absolutely nothing to do in leamsing apart from lay on a dirty beach and eat in fish restaurants that served not so fresh fish we checked out after 3 nights. I paid in advance for the week and was not given a refund for the remaining 4 nights. All I can say is if your traveling through and staying for 1 night then you would be ok but no longer than that.

Need attention to detail”

My stay was good. I was disappointed that they provide hot water for making coffee and tea but no coffee, tea or even cups. Breakfast was a fixed menu western breakfast. No Thai food. My previous stay here they had a nice buffet

Christmas in Laem Sing”

Other than the food being terrible and the institutional feel and look of the interior whitewashed walls, with good management this little resort could be amoung the best on the east coast as the location is perfect. I like a firm mattress but other family members did not. Front desk staff and housekeepers were very polite. Restaurant staff need training in customer service.

A surprise off the beaten track”

Very clean. Newish hotel. Surprise to have a lounge area. Bit too close to each other – fish bowl. Ordered room service dinner which was very good. Staff speak acceptable English a big plus. Very quiet beach, but watch the currents. Went to Oasis Sea World to swim with the dolphins. Took a drive to a strange village called Ban Kro Poet. Odd place but fun drive.

Quiet and laid back”

if you really want to get away from it all this is a good place to do it.there's not a real lot to do,particularly at night.the resort has bicycles and kayaks so you can get around and explore the nearby coves.the beach is ok but far from spectacular.the resort at this stage is designed more for thai travellers rather than foreigners as very little english is spoken and even the tv has no english speaking channels.after your evening meal there's nothing else to do in the area so take a good book.

Quiet and calmly hotell close to the beach”

We stayed here for two nights on our way back to Bangkok. During our stay we visited the Oasis Sea World 10 min away from the hotell. The hotell bungalow was nice and clean but only a few people stayed in the hotell at the same time as us so it was a bit boring. The staff was shouting and bawl to each other a lot when they thought that we was somewhere else and that was not so nice. The food in the resturang was really terrible and we really regret that we ordered pasta with seafood, we couldn't finnish it...

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and 2 rooms. I booked this hotel coz the hotel is new and closed to the beach. the swimming pool is too small.

Need to maintenance some facility ex. the ladder in the swimming pool, front door of a house At night got problem of electricity (15-30 mins) But the staff are very nice, food is ok
