Best welcome and nicest staff!! Totally hospitable! Amazing clean beautiful pool, incredible views from our balcony. Far from the party so couldn’t hear the noise from any bars. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was very generous and good. Beautiful new rooms and bathrooms. Giant balcony too.

Beautiful Location ”
We loved our stay here. The staff, location and our bathroom was just divine! Bathtub with views out over the water what more could you want. We stayed in the Deluxe Beach Front Room and would highly recommend this room.

I booked this as a solo traveller and it was way more than I needed. There was a double and single bed in my room. A pool right outside my door and breakfast included. The breakfast was pretty basic but did the job

Good Stay”
Pros- location and room serves its purpose. Cons- cleaner was in and out of the room in 3 minutes. Although most reception staff were warm and welcoming one male receptionist on night shift was a bit rude especially when asking for the WiFi password.

Place is more than beautiful but... when we where there we were the only customer (2). We saw on Agoda price with breakfast (800b) and didnt book it and they said it was 800+300 if we wanted BF. Thus we used agoda in front of them. Smile was fake everyday to my opinion. Everyone was sleeping or playing on his phone. Precision : dont take their bf, it is not so good and expensive for what it is. We asked for something else on the extended menu (cheaper) and they refused it.. we left at this point because if they cant do this for their ONLY client they are not worth to be in their hotel !! No soul in this hotel...

Not the best start ”
When we arrived our shower didn’t work, we had no hot water, our kettle spelt like faeces and we had absolutely no WiFi. When we complained they fixed our shower and replaced our kettle but the other problems remained. Staff were friendly and located right near the full moon party. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I had to book the suite for the night of the full moon party as they said there were no other rooms available. In the end, the hotel wasn't even half full. The suite is totally overpriced for the condition. Very old, bathroom ceiling tile is missing allowing animals to come in. No soap in the bathroom, no glasses available. The rooms next door were vacant, not locked, the keys were in and the light was on all night. Anyone walking off the street could have come to spend the night there. The breakfast was the worst I have eaten on my entire trip to Thailand. We booked it with our booking. There was no buffet. We had to tick what we wanted on a piece of paper. After half an hour we got a raw scrambled egg. When asked where the rest is we should order again. The waiter was alone and totally overwhelmed. Other guests who paid the waiter right away got their breakfast immediately. Unfortunately no insight after I complained to the front desk. We finally got the breakfast after more than an hour, and not what we ordered. Very disappointed, I would not book again. the only good thing was the pool. very large and you can swim lanes well.

El hotel es lindo, en época de la full moon es un poco caro para lo que es, pero esta bien ubicado, tiene buen desayuno y linda pileta! Hay mejores habitaciones frente al mar , nosotros sacamos la estándar con balcón (ojo qué hay sin ventanas)

Pro: El hostel en general es muy bueno. Fuera de las fechas de la fiesta el precio es acorde con lo que afecte. Contra: 1000baht de depósito, y el personal no me pudo solucionar la coordinación de la entrega de la llaves a las 4am ya que supuestamente no hay quien te reciba las llaves a esa hora. Tuve que hacer el check out la noche previa y dormir en la recepción.

Solo travel ”
Minutes away from the HaadRin walk, minutes away from the beach. Close to the Pier for drop off aswell, lots of taxis close by if needed. Overall good place to stay, rooms are very big with everything you might need. Staff friendly aswell

Full moon stay”
Stayed here for the full moon Room was big and had everything we needed and was right by the sea so we could watch sunset from our balcony , and walk down and leave our door open ! 2 min walk from town but away from the noise ! Nice mini van took us to the port organised by the hotel for a good price. Overall great stay with a great view - breakfast is a bit basic but does the job

The location is amazing for the full moon party. We paid about £35 per night if I remember correctly which included breakfast so not bad considering the time we were visiting. The rooms did smell really strongly of just damp/oldness and they definitely are dated with a pretty minging duvet just sandwiched between 2 sheets ( we took the duvet / blanket out ). But comfy beds, had what we needed for a 2 night stay. Would recommend for the full moon party
