A perfect hotel for your stay in Korat”

The building looks well maintained. In front of the entrance there is a nice garden with a great swimming pool, a terrace and breakfast room. The rooms are spacious with a balcony, good beds and convinient bath room. All clean. A wide parking for your car available. Situated in the center of the town. The breakfast is good, a variety of eggs, sausages, bacon, bread, sweets, juices, coffee and tea. Thai breakfast as well. Recommended.

Good wheelchair access”

The have handicap parking spots reserved and the elevator is convenient to use. The ramps between the restaurant and the hotel rooms are quite steep. Inside the room is good, but there is a small step down into the bathroom that would probably require a boost in and out for a wheelchair user. Staff was very helpful.

Good. Could be great.”

Check in was good. The room was spacious and comfortable and the air conditioner worked a treat even with sweltering temperature outside. The pool is nice if dated but watch out for ants around the edge under the coping, not nice when you relax on the edge of the pool. The area is great, close to markets, countless restaurants and shopping malls not too far afield. probably the main area for improvement is staff.... some were great (the housekeeper on the 4th floor was one of them) and some were completely disinterested. The test, of course, is would I Stay here again. Probably. But I'd check the tariff and compare...... There's a lot of choices.

Best Breakfast”

For a hotel of this class, the breakfast is outstanding, phenomenal. Eggs made to your choice, fruits, fresh juices out of jars in the fridge, cold fresh milk too, Japanese & Thai rice, miso soup, stir fried dishes, ham, sausage, corn flakes, good choice of salad with 4 different dressings. Coffee machine with choice of cappuccino, mocca, black, etc (Nescafe)

Friendly and clean”

The hotel is overall very clean but a little outdated. The staff, especially the cleaning crew, are friendly and accommodating. The hotel has its own restaurant/bar that serves breakfast and dinner which is very convenient. I enjoy the on-site massage. My stay was pleasant and I might stay here again next time I'm in town.

Good facilities but not so good conditions”

Good valuable accommodation for family with small chieldren, they have room facility available for you to stay a whole day here (staff also good support). By the way, some facilities are in old condition, some are break, some are damaged but can be used. A lot if dust under/behide bed. In the morning, there is noise of bird crowd that wake you up and loud noise from other rooms who alway open and shut the door. In room dining service price is reasonable. Breakfast is basic.

Nice place for stopover ”

All fairly new, everthing works, very clean, nice bed, easy and friendly checkin/checkout, quiet, each villa has its own car park. Good place for stopover for those with own transport. Would stay here again if passing through.

Best Hotel in Korat!”

American expat living in Bangkok. Went to Korat for New Years 2019 to escape the city. Very happy with this hotel. It is close to everything. Room was big and new. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had an omellette bar, delicious. Pool is small but great for the property. Staff very nice and helpful. Eve was exceptionally nice as she speaks perfect English. Will definitely come back and stay longer. 5 stars. Word up! -Ryan

Good Place to Stay”

My second time in this hotel. Good location, good personnel, but due the low season not all facilities were available (laundry service were missing, but there was self service washing machines, if needed). Good location, no traffic noise. Only disadvantage was the breakfast, which was basically good, but all the warm foods, like rice, sausages etc were actually cold, no matter which time I had chosen to eat. It was same situation on my first visit in this hotel.

been there first time, staff speaks even English, which is quite rare outside Bangkok. Very nice Hotel, clean, bathroom/shower excellent, location cannot be better (middle of town), nice pool (although closed due to heavy rain), very friendly breakfast staff. Breakfast a mix of Asian/Western food.Needs a bit more attention. beds very comfortable, all over for this price excellent. Will definitely come again.

Needs cleaning”

The toilets in the room were definitely not matched to the seats. The seats are way too small for the toilet bowls. The outer area needs a daily wash, ie beside the swimming pool / breakfast room. Falling leaves can be accepted, but the foot prints left behind during the outside works cannot. Other than that the hotel is first class.

Clean hotel handy to centre of town”

If I needed to stay in Nakhon Ratchasima again I'd probably stay here. Though my let down was the check in staff who were somewhat abrupt and the way too restrictive hours allowed to use the swimming pool, where I wasn't able to take a swim before breakfast.

30 nights for the second time. First time in 2017. All the staffs are very good. Special thanks to the housekeeping. The food can be tastier, the fitness room is too hot. In contrast to the other reviewer, we experienced lots of noises. We asked for a quiet room since the first time we had the same problem with noisy guests. it did not help. Many guests smoke in the rooms despite the fact that it is förbidden. The alert night time even at 3 or 4 am was not nice and that happened too often. I think the manager should change the policy and be more strict about those who violate the rules.

First time to stay at Romyen”

I stayed at Romyen for a few days while I was in Korat on business. It was a nice relaxing place to stay. I don't know Korat well, but the location was good for me. There were lots of places within walking distance as well as just a short tuk tuk ride away. There is a beautiful pool area. Good food and beer at the hotel. The morning breakfast had plenty of choices and was a good value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bottom line is that I will stay here again next time I am in town.

Not bad but could be better”

New hotel in a good location close to most things of interest, and a GRAB car was never more than 5 minutes away. The room was nice and had a balcony, which unfortunately the pigeons liked too. Small pleasant pool. The breakfast was not as great as I had hoped for with ice-cold fried eggs and crappy Nescafe only, no genuine Coffee available. That's miserable for a supposed 4-star hotel. Nevertheless, I would probably return, as the price was affordable and Korat does not have a lot of great hotels on offer otherwise

It was our first time here, we chose because of high review score. It was a pleasant stay, worthy of the score and more. The food is also great, we did not have breakfast there but we ordered fried rice as our daughter's dinner.

Excepcional”

stayed 4 nights in a King superior. Actually relaxed and enjoyed the hotel. Quiet, close enough to business, shopping, and local transportation is available. The b is hard but comfortable enough, ate only once in the hotel, as there was a huge selection

Decent option in Korat”

The hotel is in the city centre, a few minutes by Tuk-Tuk from the railway station or the new Terminal 21 shopping mall. The room was large and clean, with a small kitchen area and a balcony overlooking the street. The rooms are typical Thai style - tiled floors and quite "basic" in a functional way, but it was a perfectly satisfactory place to stay. Don't expect international chain style and services.
