Glad we stayed here. ”
It is a 5 star hotel. It has aged somewhat, however it is well maintained and clean and has the 5 star feel. We were in the lower standard of the rooms and it was more than sufficient for our needs. We used the the room service and was able to communicate with ease due the excellent English skills from the staff. The food was delivered promptly and was really quite cheap. Both western and Thai foods were delicious and were above my expectations. We didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked ok, but is needing a bit of love as it wasn’t that inviting. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and if stayed again I would utilise more of there facilities and in-house bars etc. If I have any criticism it would be that the signage giving directions to the lobby is quite poor and a little bit confusing and we went to the wrong area, hence creating a complicated check in process which took far longer than it should have. Also compounded by some language barriers. Will stay again next year

Although the rooms are a bit dated, they are kept very clean. The shower had plenty of hot water. From a westerner point of view the breakfast was a little bit limited. The swimming pool is not child friendly no shallow depth for toddlers. Generally a good hotel with friendly staff.

Great hotel to stay but bit old”
The hotel service was excellent, we booked deluxe and with privileged they have upgraded us to king room due to lack of rooms with double bed. Staffs were very friendly except one, the men who was in the reception on our checkout day has made me feel less welcoming than all other staffs around. Even bell boy helped us showing us way to the spa and restaurant etc. The breakfast in restaurant was good standard as it will have something for everyone and room service food was proper standard as well with reasonable priced menu. The room was bit old, so be ready for paint cracks here and there, outside the window there was big stash of cigarette butts right infront so opening the window became nightmare. Bidet in toilet was spraying way too sharp to feel in the skin (due to broken spray holes) which was very inconvenient. However, size of the room was beyond expectations and thanks again to the management for the free upgrade. We hope to stay in future again as this hotel is a real value for money or atleast the pricing we got in our time. And I would recommend this to friends although hotel needs to address these issue mentioned in my review if they wants to improve & to meet actual 5star standards.

Great value of money”
I chose this hotel based on star rating vs value of money. Yes, it was great for our stay. It's not far to shopping centers as you can take pickup truck with low cost to reach those shopping centers such as the mall, the terminal21 and bic c etc. The only comment i have was that they stated that the room allowed for 2 adult and 2 kids but they charge kids for breakfast. In general, it's recommended.
