Difficult to use the bathrooms!”
The Eskay Resort is beautiful, spotless and well located. However we had two issues: the shower cubicle has absolutely no place to hang clothes. There is one peg at 7 ft which is impossible to hang anything but a towel, and that too if you’re really tall. The cubicle gets completely wet during the shower so you definitely need to step out to dress and that’s where the problem comes up- the anteroom (with the wash basin and mirror) has a transparent glass wall so it makes it very difficult to change if you’re sharing the room. The other difficulty we faced was the light switches- if we turn off the master switch the bathroom lights also switch off. So in the middle of the night if you want to go to the bathroom , you have to turn on all the lights!

Amazing Property... tucked away in a corner of Borivali”
We were pleasantly surprised by the existence of such a nice property in Borivali. Its tucked away at the end of a lane and there is greenery and open space all around. Property is huge and there are a lot of Buddha symbols around (huge statue, other motifs). The rooms are surprisingly very spacious and very well done. And we got a very good room rate from Agoda. So all in all, a great experience!!!

All the things was good staff is superb but they took time around half hour to check In and in reception no 1 was available from main staff but it's okie and I think they should have more staff because when we cl in reception they also take a time and they come after half and hour they have excuses that staff is on leave but i think its an excuse and breakfast was not upto the mark and I had parcel cake which I had purchase from resort but for packing they took around half and hour staff is very slow they r in their moody they will give u excuse ll the time no welcome drink nothing other then that resort is fine for ladies swimming pool is from 4 to 5 and for boys it's 5-8 and parking and all is good really it's worth only some problems r their if they solve it's good other then that Lil is fine and everything is clean very good in that but booked from online will get huge discount from resort rates r too high y don't know most of time resort is full because it has around 40 rooms only

Nice room and nice view. The resort have spa, swimming pool and gym for guests. You can enjoy restaurant near the swimming pool with affordable price. When I came, the resort just allow vegetable food only so that it's quite inconvenient if you can not eat vegetarian foods.

Lovely hotel with plush green surroundings, an excellent on site gymnasium, fantastic food, very friendly staff, a little out of the way in terms of location and not many cabbies know of its existence so a bit of an issue trying to grab a cab! Would deffo recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Neat and tidy rooms. Quick check and check out process. Breakfast was decent as well. One caveat is that there is no individual switch for the bathroom. The switch is shared by one of the lights in the room.

Staff would be the greatest strength after the property. Amazing!! We moved to a bigger rooms which were nice. Smaller rooms can be kept much more cleaner

Facilities we're excellent, but when you have booked from 3rd party like agoda, the staff there act as if you have gone to Rob there. They are so badly after the payment the moment they get food. They don't have the facility to bill the amount to the room because we have done full payment or they are thinking we won't pay, not really sure on this. Because of laundry given to them previous day we got delayed to the function,. Staff really needs to be educated on the policies. Front desk person didn't know that people should have access to their floor s. They were saying every time we go there they need to provide access because of security reasons. Overall stay was fine because of other amenities. Staff was never rude, they stayed calm. Housekeeping was good. The issues looks like management more than the staff. If the above mentioned are their policies, then they really have to change the policies. Can't really blame staff. Staff should understand that it's not really cheap place

Comfortable and nice stay”
We had checkedin to celebrate my husbands birthday, while the staff helped me make this surprise successful, they also got us a nice cake :)..We were with our one year old, and the staff was super courteous to help us with baby cot and everything that we needed. They just need to work a little on their breakfast buffet.

over tried , underperformed ”
Hotel tried to help sccomodate us but room was not exceptional I didn't complain only because it was the one night. We had a view of a rubbish tip next to a nice forest area. Themisuc in the lounge kept repeating the same track. The food was poor quality and overpriced. The staff were not as well trained as other indian hotels (except the front desk which was good). Food delivery was slow in the resteraunt but room service was very good

It is really nice place to stay if you have work or business in the surrounding areas apart from tht holiday with a family one would rather prefer staying close to airport... it's an hour drive away from international airport... facility wise it is very good, the hospitality was good... the restaurants are expensive though it seems to be ok for a five star rating..
