Great Customer Service!”

I had a wonderful experience with their service. I left my phone in the hotel room and they informed to me through Agoda where I made my booking from. Therefore, I requested them to send me back my phone by DHL and they returned my phone via DHL Express complimentary. I did not have to pay for courier charges at all. Thank you to the staff of Eurasia Chaam Lagoon Hotel! Location is fantastic as their hotel is right beside the beach. Will definitely return to your hotel again soon :)

Old beach hotel with Nice pools at super low price”

This is an old hotel which is in need of renovation but for about $20 night on the beach with 2 pools and a basic breakfast for 2 no complaints. Its way out of Cha-Am so transport is needed if you want to go in to town. Nothing within walking distance.

Quiet resort”

Resort is located a bit far from Cha-Am city but in quiet location. It has large clean private beach and two pools. This resort good for family who need their privacy. Hotel rooms are clean but are also old, need to renovate. Resort also has several houses for rent, they are next to the beach. Resort provides fair breakfast, not many varieties but clean. Staff are friendly and keen to give assistant. Recommend this resort to those who need value hotel, serious about privacy but not worry for old facility.

Excellent”

I was having a great visit here The location of condo is close to many attractions so it is quite convenient. It's cleaned and well-prepared like in the picture Inside the condo it's like the ads said. You could have almost the same accomodation like u r staying in the regular hotel. The owner is also great. He gave me so many advices. Making me feel so comfortable to travel around this area, as well as making me feel like having my own place not far from the beach.

The property reminds me of Evason (south of Hua Hin). But the owner(s) either does not have the will or the money to upgrade the property to be a 5-star hotel. Should spend at least a day at Evason and see how the property can charge 4 times the current rate.

Isolated Hotel, good only if you have a car”

Good swimming pools (2) for my little son (2 years). Unique problem (but really big if you not have a car), Hotel is really far from every other things, and no public transport. And you can buy NOTHING inside (only some sweet food and tootpaste, only this). Normally, in Thailand, many hotels have "inside" a little shop-market. This Hotel no......

Even few customers on Monday nite but well satisfied with room and hotel fac arrangement , however driving back to hotel at nite aft dinning , the road way back to hotel , it' s so dark & quiet at night.

hotel needs scooter rental, plus coffee maker in room, and english channels on tv, not all thai!!!! pool was great, one more thing, invest in fifty sun loungers, beautiful pool area and park benches, what?hotel knows whats wrong, they cater to bangkok people, not hotel guests, its strange but apparent, the owners aren't stupid, just cheap....

Private beach but the hotel is rather old”

Its management is rather bad. At 2.30 p.m. after we had already checked in around one hour, the room had not been cleaned yet and the front office did not know. We had to call it requesting for cleaning and stayed at the beach for waiting. The hotel is old, then it is so difficult to make the good smell because of the long time of using carpet. No any staff at the building which I stayed, no bell boy to carry the suitcase.

hotel is situated 10kms from main town of cha-am with only one form of transport hotel at over the odds prices of 800 bahts one third more exspensive than a taxi coming from town to seek you and return.there is no health and safety on site know one available after 2100 hrs,there is know one who speaks English,french,german,etc.,unable to order food from menu as know one can communicate menu prices 3times more than a good hotel in .GIVE THE HOTEL A BIG NO !!!!!!!!!

I am not to difficult to please but this place was truly a nightmare. Dont stay here Agoda has some good hotels that will cost no more than this dump
