The cup is very old and contains stain marks. The bed cover sheet do not looks clean and neat. The Tv connection is bad. One of the aircond is not working. The cleaniness is not pass.

View of unit is very good, location of unit is also quite good with easy access to food, etc. Owner is quite responsive and prompt. But is more reactive than proactive as I have to call to get unit number and actual details. Plus the washing machine seem to be half working as after washing our clothes, they are still dripping wet.

Toilet abit smelly, have some weird sound/voice when using the basin, aircon also have noisy when turning on. Shower spray have no holder..

Located close to city center, 6 minute drive to pdg kota and Medan Renong food-court that has many eateries. Check-in is easy by instruction given via whatsapp. Located on 27th floor with very nice seaview. Parking lot provided for 1 car. Rooms were provided with adequate facilities. Starbucks and convenience store available at ground floor of the apartment.
