Basic hotel in Mumbai, very helpful staff, ”

This is a 3 star hotel in Mumbai which I chose because hotel rates were so high in Mumbai on the dates of my trip. I had appointments in Bandra Kurla Complex which is close to this hotel. I had no time to visit the surrounding area but it seems peaceful and there was no noise. I have to say that staff were extremely helpful. I had a problem connecting with the Internet which they were very concerned about then eventually managed to help me solve. The lobby of the hotel is very small (the hotel is very small!). The room was very basic and was definitely only 3 star. I had dinner and lunch (room service) in the hotel and the Indian food I ordered was excellent and a very reasonable price. The included breakfast was also good. The hotel arranged for car for me to visit all my appointments at a good price. Overall I probably would not stay here again as I think I have better choices in Mumbai, but if I had to pass through Mumbai for one night only than I might consider this hotel if the price was good.

Great staff, great location”

My stay at the Executive Enclave Hotel was terrific. The staff were very accommodating, and the GM even went out of his way to put me in touch with local brokers when I mentioned I was looking for an apartment for my long-term stay in India. When the search proved to go on longer than expected, the staff were very helpful in extending my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the executive enclave and recommended this hotel to some of our friends who were visiting Mumbai shortly after us. The rooms were very clean and we were well looked after during our stay. The breakfast is excellent, there is a wide variety of choice and we had lunch there when we first arrived and it was superb.

Great hotel, clean and cozy”

I visited Mumbai for 3 days, I used a taxi from Pune to get here. The hotel was easy to find, and the check in process is fast and friendly. All staff are helpful and I had a really good room in the 4th floor. Breakfast was also good and I tried the restaurant in the rooftop and the chicken grill was also great. Even though it's a bit quiet far from the Gate of India (in south Mumbai) but taxi are so easy to find in this area, you won't find any difficulty to go anywhere. So over all I will recommend this hotel to everyone of you who want to visit Mumbai especially if you want to stay in West Bandra.

I was truly looked after by the staff at this hotel. I felt a home immediately and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very warm and genuine. Pali Hill is a little oasis in the bustle of Mumbai and yet still quite close to things. Especially the Bandra or Andheri area some funky shops and restaurants are closeby. Also pretty close to the Airport. There is a little bar/restaurant in the roof but I didn't get to try it. This is a mid range hotel so don't expect a 5 star or groovy boutique hotel however if you want a clean and friendly place to stay while in Mumbai where the staff actually care about you, this is the place.

Great Value Great Location”

Conveniently located in Bandra, close to the market & restaurants, this is a extremely comfortable, clean compact hotel.Rooms are small but functional & clean, so are the bathrooms. Housekeeping is obliging.The staff are helpful & polite. The breakfast is wholesome & fresh. Definitely an option for our future stays. The hotel called a few days after our stay to check if we had left something behind ( we had not realised till they called), they refused to tell us what it was and only when we were able to recollect & inform, they confirmed the article was with them, this speaks volumes about the honesty & ethics of the staff & the promoters of the hotel. Thank you people from the front desk , housekeeping and lost & found department for reuniting us with our lost article !!!

Comfortable & centrally located”

I had booked this hotel for 4 nights and it turned out to be a good decision. It's central location in Bandra made getting around very easy and it's also close to the airport - about 15 to 20 mins. The staff are very attentive and friendly and I would rate them as a major factor in making my stay comfortable. The food in the in-house restaurant was very good in terms of taste, hygiene and variety. They seem to be a popular centre for parties and conferences and I guess that explains the good quality of good. I was very pleased with this since I did not have to go out much for good food. Kudos to the chef! The rooms are neat and comfortable but not refined. Some of the rooms (especially 401/402) are cramped. The pillows are a bit hard and you might need to request for a change. The hotel shows its age at a few places but the house-keeping staff do their best to maintain it. If they can spruce up their rooms (lighting, toiletries, wood finishing) it would be excellent.

mumbai can be overwhelming and it is so nice to be able to have a place to go where you can relax and know that you are being taken care of and not cheated, robbed or having to put up with poor conditions at high prices. well located if your business is in bandra or the northern suburbs. love this place.

I had to be in Mumbai to purchase some material and besides to meet with a friend of mine. Last visit in Mumbai I also stayed in this hotel and was quite happy with it, so I decided to come back here, because it really provides value for money.

Excellent Hotel”

I stayed in this hotel on March 25th of this year. The Hotel Room that I had was to a very High Standard. The Room was extremely Clean and the bathroom was probably one of the best Ive seen in India. The Bed was also very Comfortable. Cannot fault this hotel really as I had no problems whatsover, The breakfast was Great, The Staff were extremely friendly and the Room was fantastic considering the price.

Great Place for a relaxed stay”

from the free airport pickup right till the end of the checkout, everything was excellent. service was good and prompt. the hotel is located just a few mins walk away from "pali naaka" where you can gorge on some really good food. also being situated in bandra, it becomes very easy to travel either way. all staff were very friendly, room service always available and good laundry arrangements as well (get your clothes back within 8 hrs). a good stress - free stay for me. definitely recommended.

Clean and comfortable hotel with excellent service”

We were picked up promptly at airport as arranged. On arrival and during our stay, the front desk manager and his staff were exceptionally helpful and corteous. Room was clean and well appointed. A well maintained 3 star hotel room. Complementary breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. European and Indian food included. We will stay here again on our next trip to Mumbai.

Nice hotel, helpful staff.”

the executive enclave hotel was a business class hotel in pali hill which is smart part of mumbai. however the streets around it are very mixed with a slum section right next door to a nice hotel or house. the hotel room was small but the place was well kept. the roof cafe was a nice place to go to in the evenings the only place in the hotel with free wifi.

Great location and very convenient”

I thought the hotel was just perfect for 2-3 day business trip. And being in Bandra meant that I could use the few free hours to shop, chill and party without having to travel great distances. The rooftop Cafe is quite a lovely place with decent food. The only issue with the hotel is that the rooms are quite small. But barring that, it was definitely value for money.

was visiting mumbai with friends, and found hotel clean, good breakfast and great location. rooms were small and basic, but more than one would need if visiting the city. also, free wifi was great. the hotel bar on the room was a huge bonus, as it gets quite nice in the evenings there.

The service was impeccable,and treated us with great respect. The place is really neat and the ambience is really nice.The location is great. Breakfast fantastic. We ate supper every night at the hotel , vast variety on the menu, desserts were devine. We used the internet facility which kept us in touch with our family and friends back home, great wi-fi facility. The manager Norbet and his staff made us feel very welcome, we were sad to leave them. airport pick transfer were arranged for us, all on time.

My friends and I all felt that we were very well served by the hotel staff from the room service, technical help and the waiters and waitresses who served us breakfast. They were all attentive and polite and prompt to attend to our needs. Value for money!
