The room had great view and super comfy. Love the modern studio design of the room and it comes with a King Bed and a Sofa Bed which is great for the kids or any visiting guest. The kitchenette, micromave and washine machine is a wish come true for any travelers.The building facilities are 5 star! Wading Pool with breath taking view, Water Fountain, Sky Lounge, Kids playground Gym and many more! The Location is just a stone throw away from the Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC, Pavilion, National Library, Bukit Bintang, Kl Towers. The staff was freindly and polite. The only thing is that their new F&B will only start operating in September. Truely a hidden gem and definitely will be my home in KL.

Kl Suites provides excellent services. Minor inconvenience with my room as the shower is clogged. Just want to recommend that the Expressionz staff can be friendlier to the guest.

Feedback - Deluxe suite”

Pros: 1. Nice infinity pool n great view 2. Nice modern landscape 3. Large room 4. Cool aircond and kitchen amenities 5. Good location just behind national library Cons: 1. On the day of arrival, got to wait about 30-40 mins bcuz room not available. Thank god the manager manage to sort this issue. Theres other people who got same prob not only us. 2. I booked deluxe suite with bfast which supposedly cost 260rm with taxes per nite n pay at property, but, my card was charged 300rm in the morning of chck-in. Turns out the 260rm does not include taxes. So beware with the bkg page cuz from the website, it showns the cost includes taxes. Turns out not. That is very misleading. If i know the total up to 300/nite, i would hv booked different place that offer much cheaper deals with same amenities. 3. Very rude guard. He knocked on car window n insisted the driver to drive out asap while we r still sorting our luggage. Cant even wait to get rid of us. Dont u see we r doing as fast as we could? 4. No drinking water provided, no cups, nothing although the room is equipped with kitchen, washing machines n freezer. At least a cup would do. No kitchenware as well. 5. Breakfast not much choice 6. No movie channel available 7. Pool side at night is very dark, maybe need to add few light especially at the child playground maybe. Conclusion: It is acceptable for a short weekend getaway n if u r not spending too much time in the room. I enjoyed the pool n view. The room is nice only lacks of few items mentioned above. If u r staying longer, need to bring your own kitchen set like plate, fork and spoons, cups.

The best place to stayy ever! ”

I stay at the presidential suite for one day. The suite is very nice, clean. And just because the place was so cool and the pool is very beautiful. I extend my stay for another 1 day. I would love to come back to this place.

Do NOT stay here. ”

Bbooked our Deluxe room at Expressionz and was thrilled to have found somewhere so nice and for such a good price. However, upon check-in, we realised that a parking space was not something that guests were automatically entitled to and this wasn’t explained clearly upon booking. We were then given key cards for a parking space in Tower A but a room in Tower B - only interconnected via a carpark, which makes for a very inconvenient experience coming in and out. We also realised that our room didn’t actually match up to the pictures we saw on Agoda. Immediately, there were several red flags about the place: 1) You could see into both the bathroom and shower as it was all glass, which means you’d be screwed if basic human privacy is important to you. 2) smart TV not so smart. 3)Phone line did not function. Had to contact front desk via whatsapp. 4) Swimming pool lights did not work 5) Did not ask for room service, room was entered without our permission. 6) A Coke can was RM9

My worst stay ever”

Seriously, really bad management service. I’ll rate 0 for my stay. I’ve read tons of reviews about parking, but obviously none were taken any actions. The parking for each room has a specific parking number for the customers to park. WE HAVE TO PARK OUTSIDE BECAUSE THERE WAS A CAR PARKED IN OUR PARKING SPOT. WE’VE PAID DEPOSIT OF RM200 FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT. Come on, at least give us courtesy to park at the visitor parking. There were tons of parkings there. Yet, we needed to park OUTSIDE AND PAID RM5. The manager said it was free! What a scam! What was the point of having to pay RM200 for security deposit and had parking access, but couldn’t even park inside the building?!!! We temporarily were asked to park somewhere inside the building for them to “take some actions”, but then they asked us to move our car nearly at 12 a.m or else our car would get clamped and none of these were our fault. The manager only apologised and not taking any consideration for us to park inside. Luckily, the staff from KL suite did give us our parking fee back after we demanded during checkout. And furthermore, most of the guards were freaking rude! The signs in the building were also really confusing. And most importantly, THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. It’s like a serviced apartment or something. Seriously, this is going to be our first and last stay!

About Carpark”

I want to make a complaint about parking. I am a guest at the hotel, a Malay citizen. but people say (staff hotel) this hotel is more important for car parks for foreigners, I think this is not good. it should be the first people of Malaysia to be new to the outside world. Thankyou !

I loved everything about it. The pool and gym setup are fantastic, and it was a solid breakfast buffet offering. The room was super-clean and well-appointed. My first time to stay in this property, but it is now marked in Favorites, and it won't be my last - my only regret was having only been there for just the 1 day/night, and not a full weekend.

Request for higher floor but I get level 10 which the view are just nice to block by the the building in front. Everything is all good in the stay. It’s spacious.

Pros : Big room and clean. Very nice view at swimming pool. Staffs are helpful. Facilities is room are good. Cons : The bathroom door is clear glass, how can we go to toilet and take shower with other people in the room can see what u doing in the bathroom??? Tv channel also not good. I booked 2 rooms, only 1 room can watch tv the other room can't watch at all.

The parking is very limited. Rm 10 need to pay if you want to veiw/swiming at sky deck. The room was big, near by national library.

AGODA NEEDS TO DISASSOCIATE THEMSLVES FROM EXPRESSIONZ AND ALL THAT CARRY THIS NAME. Terrible Rude staff, disgusting dirty sofa, no towels in room, no breakfast voucher given on arrival, charged for dirty linen on departure, What a Joke!!! Not a real Hotel BEWARE! A residential tower sold by over 20 local agents. RECEPTIONIST IS ON A SCAM

Everything was good. The room is spacious enough for the three of us. Got a kitchen which can do light cooking there. Will definitely come here again.

There's heavy rains when im arrive at this place. The security do not allowed me to park the car at the lobby even only for 5 minutes to do check in. There was a argument between me and security guard. Im coming far from roadside park in heavy rains. The staff at counter told me there's no large bed room as my request earlier. They ask me to go for twin bed room. I ask them to cancel my booking. After 5 minutes, they give what i request. But still make a trouble and there's no car park inside. Its really disappointed with management team. Please take note of this and no hanky panky with your customer. Services like these are not good for your business in further since im a weekend traveler. This is my 3rd time staying there. Thank you.

Room is okay”

So I would say, I got nice room. It's cleaned and shine. Just you have to wait to get the keys / card to your room even you already coming late. Hard to parking as you need to check in before get the parking pass. My friend and I totally annoyed with they guard, we parked outside from the place. So the room was nice, place was okay. Management not okay. Extra patience needed.
