The property is in one big building which run by many companies. The Expressionz Professional Suites is the name of the building, the Mad KL Stay was operated some Suites. They do not have front office at the lobby. I have to ask for around, finally found it. The room is clean and nice. Remember contact property before you come so they can pick up or you can not find out it

Thumbs up for swimming pool”

Pros: 1. Got a room at level 37. Great view of KLCC and KL Tower. 2. The cafe at level 8 : serve few options on their menu but tasted good! Breakfast buffet at RM25/head. Simple food spread but each of the menu is delicious. My husband and toddler enjoyed the food. 3. Swimming pool - nice pool with great view overlooking KL city Cons: 1. Units are arranged by agents. It’s not a hotel but rather airbnb style. So, there are no bell boys to pick up luggage etc. 2. You have to call for room service/clean up. 3. Bathroom is slippery and very dangerous.

Good stay!”

Has its pros and cons. Bcs we booked Expressionz with a different host before and their service was amazing compared to this. We had to wait for our room for half an hour when my husband already exhausted from our long journey. Also our both key cards isn't working to go back to our room from the infinity pool. But! I still give 5 star bcs the view from the room is remarkable! Exactly the city skyline, wonderful!

Worth the money! Though its quite far from the KLCC we had a hard time looking for the hotel but you can take and book grab for hassle free travel going to city center. Sadly, there’s only few convinience store, no near restaurants nor food stalls in the area. Overall stay is amazing, staffs are accommodating, just wow for the room and its nice view, and the sky pool was awesome! Definitely we’ll go back here, hoping...

Room was so clean, huge bed, lovely bathroom, helpful staff, let us extend our checkout time Breakfast (RM25 for buffet) was a bit expensive for our budget but was worth it Location is on a main road so you have to walk 15 mins along a main road to get into KLCC, but you can also get a Grab anywhere easily No complaints other than that you’re only allowed 20 guests on the rooftop at once, and the pool on the 8th floor was shut during our stay

Firstly, this property was categorised as hotel instead of agoda home which for me kind of misleading. The rest of operators put their property as agoda home. Location-wise, located at a quiet area, suitable for family traveller. View was breathtaking, suite was nice and bright. I stayed at unit B40-01-L. Aircond needed maintenance. Noisy and room not cold. Stair at the shower area had very sharp edges, which was horrowing for me when getting my little girl showered. what if she fell down and her head hit the edge? what if i fell down too? i supposed a bar of soap wouldnt cost much. was provided with 2 bottles of shampoo with no soap. No coffee sachet/tea/sugar provided. I needed coffee while staring out the glass wall to enjoy the view. I've scanned and saved digital TV channel for next guest. Welcome

Could not access the infinity pool”

Everything was okey But the reason why i booked the room was to take a photo at the infinity pool with klcc and kl tower as my background But unfortunately... The infinity pool was closed for public It was a disappoinment Security was very tight Which is good But it was a bit of a hassle for me Despite all that I enjoyed the stay at Expressionz

Great experience”

Room is clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. The view from the pool is very impressive. Restaurant is available at level 8. Location is near to KLCC. Will come back to stay. Recommended.

Overall Ok”

The suites is good, with nice klcc view..but the floor a little sticky, maybe not clean mopped enough..and the aircond is not very cold..

Overpriced”

Small room for almost 200 .. we can get a room with living room for only 100 less than 5km from expressionz .. cheap skate.. only give a small amount of body wash and shampoo.. i pay you almost 200 why cant you give a big bottle of soap ??? No dish washer to wash the plate ..

The Room is standard hotel room just extra washing machine and the bathroom is a plus.. check in and out is easy Beside the swimming pool is not as described.. not KLCC view..

Exceptional”

The place is huge and there are so many beautiful hidden spots across the two towers. Too bad when i was there the infinity pool was closed. It's very disappointing as i choose to stay here for that particular reason. Indeed the view is breathtaking. The room is okay. The AC is a bit hot and the iron provided can be upgraded as it has a burning stain that can damage the shirt you're using. Washer available. And i did saw a lot of people say "no hot water", but actually there is. You just need to find the button a little more attentively. They have an interesting bathroom as well. The bottom can be made into some sort of "bathtub".

Spacious room with a nice view to the city and skyline. The sky infinity pool is a great place for swim and take nice photos!

Strange multi management system ”

Having traveled to many places I will try to sum up Expressionz as best I can. 1 bedroom studio was our room. Cons, no soap or bathroom hand towel or toilet paper. Clearly room was not reset correctly even tho we arrived @ 11pm. We’re met by staff member who also cleans rooms & generally runs around doing things but has little english. Room has no movie stations or Netflix or anything for travelers, so only local tv which is limited & in Malaysian. Bathroom floor is very smooth tiles & step down into shower is a little slippery & dangerous, needs non slips Mats. Room has no table & chairs to sit down & no chair for the small office space desk so again is kinda useless. Room has very small tv which sits on a ledge level with the base of the bed so is difficult to see, but no need as nothing to watch anyway. Room is modern but lacks warmth & has no appeal with no pictures lamps or anything to make it feel comfortable. No food close by Pros, amazing infinity pool

Crash pad in the city”

Having stayed here before, it was a last minute decision to stay during a hastily organised trip! Chosen predominantly due to its location in the centre of the city and because of the parking facilities! The apartment was ok apart from the slight smell coming from the bathroom and the guy who walked into our apartment unannounced! When asked what he wanted, he muttered something about a confusion! It freaked us out a little! The apartment we were staying at didn't have a good selection of mugs and glasses! We had NO glasses to drink water from and only one mug to drink coffee from!!!!! The wifi was very poor and the TV selection dire! Internet TV was difficult to use and very poor quality in an otherwise ok place! Having said that, I would consider staying here again if ever I needed to be close to the centre of KL again!

Very good value for the money but you have to ask for many things”

We chose this location to be away from the noise of Bukit Bintang, which is still only 10 minutes away by car. The location however is in a kind of "no mans land" where your only option is either the shuttle which merely runs 4 times a day, or to take a taxi everywhere. We personally used Grab, and a taxi to almost anywhere i Bukit Bintang was between 8-12 RM (2-3 $US). Grab taxis do sometimes have trouble finding the place so expect a slight wait. The apartment is very small - we could not have stayed there longer than the three nights we did because we did not seriously unpack. The staff is very friendly, however we kept having to ask for things which I feel should have been there, e.g. they gave us only two towels period (no face cloth, no hand towel - just the 2) so we had to ask for 2 more towels, they seem to have forgotten to give us hand soap, plates and utensils so we had to ask for these, and only two cups which was not enough as it has a kitchenette.

1. The staff was very nice, taking care of us and very helpful. 2. A bit of disappointed coz a day b4 check in, they inform rooftop pool was close for maintenance. i was very excited to feel the view of KL in the night from rooftop 3. Please at least put 3in1 drink for those who do not plan to get out of the room

Great stay”

Pros; Friendly staff, easy check in, comfortable room, great facility, great location, free parking. Cons; If only the window view could be properly clean, it will be amazing. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Had been recommending the stay to all my friends and family. Will definitely come again.
