Nice place”
I chose this place after reading several review from the previous customer,i booked premium suite from wodages. I requested to check in early but due to some issue i arrived around 3 pm..after check in from the key global counter (noticed wodages dont have their own counter)i went to the suite expecting everything is ready since they allow me to check in! Unfortunately the room still dirty,used towel was on the couch,the bed still messy from previous customer,its quite disappointing me because i didnt check in too early and they should check the room is ready or not before check in a new customer, but the house decoration very nice and cosy make me calm a little bit.The management appologized to me and sent the housekeeping to clean the room.Overall the house is superb,new furniture and good view facing the klcc.

Overall is good for stay in Expressionz Shuttle bus provided to KLCC, Pavillion but time is limited. Should arrange more schedule for the shuttle. Cleanliness need to improve, pillow cover and bedsheet is dirty...should refill toiletries for 2nights stay. One key card is inconvenient.

Exceeding expectations ”
At this price, wasn’t expecting too much. But the room is awesome. Clean, spacious, wow factors (bath tub, high ceilings, walk in wardrobe). Aircon is new and very cold. Some minor things (kettle, towel) not as good. But came prepared, brought own towel so not an issue.

I really love this places as it's the best place to relaxing your mind with the one you love. We are here to celebrate my sister birthday and having pleasant day staying here. We spent time by watching movie through home theater. The best part is, hotel team help us decorate room with balloon n give birthday card to the birthday girl..they are very comsiderate and really helpful..we would come again!

I came in a group. As requested I get my desired room floor. Even weekends have lots of people, still it doesn't cause delay on the lift. Two parking lots allocated which is good. The room was also cozy, my family are comfortable with the spacious space. Everything was good even the staff treat us well even need to deal with many people that comes. Will come again

Been staying here for few times with a different hosts before. This is the best! Eventhough I checked in late they still said my room is not done yet. Yall are lucky that we went out for dinner first while waiting for the room. I love how all the toiletries are more than complete even all the tableware and silverware carries for children too. My husband and I only stayed in the room the whole 2 days, so the sofa is a big plus because we can enjoy our movie time together. Would only book my stay after this with Woodages only. Highly recommended!

Full of Bad Surprises”
The experience was just full of bad surprises. First the Check In was a small room and packed with people. Check in staff forgot there exists such a thing called SMILE and was totally just dragging their feet. Apparently Wodages has assigned the Check In to MyKey and their staff were not helpful and very untrained. Secondly the location was just very inconvenient. Off the very busy road Jalan Tun Razak which is constantly jam packed, there was not amenities located around the apartment, not even a 711 store. I never got to use the exclusive pool and gym located on 48th level. It was so exclusive, you have to deposit RM100 per person which is refundable and wait in line to get an access card at the small little counter at the cafe. The wait was more than an hour and I gave up. And to think I booked this apartment as I need to do my daily gym exercises. Housekeeping was upon request. A remote agent, who was helpful helped to make all the arrangements. Housekeeping staff was nice.

Our little lovely loft stay”
Stay was okay , they have nice and clean room with pretty view except that there are no microwave. BUT the way to our room when check in is a bit of hassle. I have to get down from my car and go back to the frontdesk to change the transponder devices to access the car park as it has no battery. Front desk was so squeezy and small. And the Staff was a bit of rude, no smile at all.

All good except...”
Overall I'm satisfied with my stay in the apartment itself except on the facilities therein. First, the parking system in this place is a tad confusing.I have booked for property with 2 rooms so naturally one would expect 2 parking lots can be given. But to my disappointment, only 1 parking was given even though I have forwarded this request about 2 weeks before. End up, my sister has to park her car outside the apartment area and and it was quite a walk to reach the apartment. Secondly, not all swimming pool in this property is free access to the public. To access the infinity pool area (as advertise in the profile of this property) we have to pay RM10 per/pax and per entry. A bit of false marketing there. And it has strict restriction to swimming attire only, which I as a muslim find it a bit difficult to follow. It would be nice if this pre-conditions is listed in this property so that I could consider in whole before made a booking to this property.

Thank for the review, Sofiah. Would like to clarify on the following: 1) Parking lots comes with the unit and said unit however only comes with one parking lot. We understand the walk to the DBKL parking lots outside should be within 5mins and but we do understand that it might be inconvenient especially if it rains. 2) The RM10 fees is to keep the pool clean/proper maintenance of it. The fees also entitles you for a bathing towel. Hope this clarifies Once again, thank you for staying with us =)
Apartment is okay but going up to the rooftop pool is a pain.”
The rooftop pool that you see in the picture looks really good but we didn’t had a chance to go up. To go up, you need to register at a counter on a mid floor and pay a deposit of RM50 or RM100 (I cant rmb). There is also a limit on the number of guest at any one time. This is the deal breaker for me.

Nice room with washer and microwave. Parking provided. Must park outside first and get the room card with parking card before enter to the building. Deposit RM 200 needed. Nearby IJN, HKL, BERNAMA, NATIONAL LIBRARY. Nice staff. Overall satisfied and will come again.

Process to check in quite complicated”
Once your booking is made.you will be invited into WhatsApp group.. they will forward all the massage and details how to check in.you need to tranfer rm300 as deposit.its not like normal hotel that check in process will be done over counter. But the rooms is superb compared to what u have paid.

The loft I stayed in was awesome! There are also 2 car park lots for those that drive. If you don't drive the location is slightly difficult to reach as there is no train stations around. However, the location is still very central overall as its quite near to KLCC and Bukit Bintang and Petaling Street.
