        Horrible”

        Bathrooms were dirty. Bed was so uncomfortable that I slept on the floor. Would not ever recommend this place to anyone.

        Staff made a huge mistake ”

        I arrived after midnight but I called in advance that same day to let them know I would be late and they said it was fine. Turns out it wasn’t and when I got there they marked me as a no show and me my boyfriend and brother had to share a one bed. Poor communication and the guy at the front had no empathy acted like a robot. Jordan the manager was nice enough to offer me a partial refund but to this day I haven’t received it and it’s been a week. They said it happened because there were two big events going on hard summer and animanga which means they don’t care about the people one bit just booking the rooms. Don’t recommend during big events.

        The location is hidden and although near the freeway, it is a nice, quiet, clean hotel to relax and just get away from all your stresses! We live in Chino and just needed time alone and this has been a great place to do it. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable and came with a kitchen.
