Perfect for Airport and Car Rental”

I always enjoy this type of hotel that is set up like a small apartment almost with a fridge and stove, although I wasn't using those. But the location was perfect to get up early in the morning and return a car rental and get to the airport. Mapping programs might send you on short legs of freeways. Ignore that and figure out the couple regular roads back to the rental car center. Very easy and only a few minutes away.

better than most in this price range”

Although the tub had no plug, the room was reasonably clean and had no discernible smell. The bed was clean and comfortable. There were smoking burns in the furniture and on the appliances. Unsightly, but it didn't adversely affect my experience. The breakfast is unsatisfying, but it's free - tea, coffee, mini-muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal. It's located within walking distance of Burlington, Target, and Ross, and several restaurants of various price.

No iron; then broken”

Room had no iron. Asked at desk, got broken one. None left.

44th St between Thomas and McDowell”

This hotel is decent. I don't like that they charge early in and late out fees. Sometimes you need the extra 20 minutes, and it won't adversely affect their housekeeping, so what's a half hour either way?

DISGUSTING HOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE”

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is one of, if not the worst hotel that i have ever stayed at. The rooms are filthy, as shown in the attached photos. We had to request a new room, because the bathroom door hit the toilet when you try to open it or close it. After mentioning it to the office staff, we were told that maintenance was aware, and to just go ahead and pull/push harder. Not to mention, one of lights were out, and it looked like someone had kicked dents into the fridge. We then got moved into another room, the other room is shown in the pictures, and also smelled like smoke. I suggest that NO ONE stays here. It's the worst and expensive for what you get. I will never, ever stay at another Extended Stay America's. I also suggest never using AGODA for any of your booking needs. They have been 0 help, when mentioning this issue. They didn't try putting us in a different hotel, or let us cancel our stay.

The only problem so far is that they only let you book 2nights minimum at a time, so me needing to stay an extra night is not possible here

A small studio apartment”

Not quite a suite, but it has a stove, microwave, and fridge. The TV has a crummy analog signal, but the channel selection is ok. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the tub was in good condition. Above average accommodation, with very good staff.

Dirty rooms. Problems with check-in. Poor breakfast. Reduced staff even friendly.

Room smelled. Towels were dirty. Booked for a family of 4. Only 1 queen bed and a fold out with no blanket or pillow for the fold out bed.

The staff does not listen to there visitors!the are very combative and assume the customer is wrong before listening and trying to work together to solve an issue

Got in late. Had to call into front desk to check in which went ok, but was weird. Got up to room, there wasn’t bedding for the pull out couch. And the general cleanliness left much to be desired. The furniture abs room in general was just worn out and had a weird smell. Since we were only staying a night it was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here for an extended stay

Clean and safe”

Probably the best motel I stayed at on my huge road trip from British Columbia Canada. Cheap, clean, nice layout, safe area. Will definitely stay again.

Disappointed”

I've stayed at every extended stay America in the Phoenix and surrounding areas, I'd wanted to try this one out for awhile the pictures looked pretty nice for and ESA. I made sure to book the specific room id wanted, when id arrived it was in a side of town that's not the best, I'd shown a picture to the front desk to assure id be placed in the room booked they assured I was. Both room keys wouldn't work, after packing my things up had to pack back down to go get new keys which was a task there's no elevator or luggage carts. The room smelled like weed bad which I don't mind as much but it felt lived in, and dirty. Which im not picky, but they're was a used bloody pad in the trash can in the bathroom. The fridge leaked water bad so I'd stepped in water twice, there was a big roach in the living room and the next morning when getting ready to shower I'd noticed in the corner hidden behind the curtain was dried throw up it looked like. I had to get new keys again, when I did I'd mentioned a few things to the front desk with no questions or concern for me or my stay. Bottom line, disappointed. Would be nice if it were cleaned better, new housekeepers should be in the works at this location
