Great value for being located in the heart of older town Scottsdale ”

B very friendly staff more than happy to assist whether it's to reccomend how to get the best deals around on a room or where to find the best pizza in old town Scottsdale I enjoyed the calm serengeti of being in the country and only being steps away from the bustle of the old town living

This is very convenient stay hotel and Troy seems to be really good manager and very friendly close to many amenities having staples to print documents as I’m on biz is so convenient. Rooms are kinda small and no pool but the staff is very friendly always helpful it’s clean facilities and

I would not stay here again. This facility was not clean, had deferred maintenance issues, and in my opinion, was not a good value for the money. About the only thing it has going for it is the location, in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.

Not the worst”

I've stayed in worse places...but hard to remember. If all you want is access to Old Town, I say go for it. But they have 0 (zero) non-smoking rooms. Every room is thick with stale smoke embedded into everything. Other than that, it's suitable. For $175+ a night? I say no thanks.

Terrible experience, they lost long time customers”

Stayed one night then the next day i was asked by the staff if I’m checking out I said no I’m staying one more night and they asked if I wanted to charge my card, I said yes, 3 more times someone came to the door and asked the same question and it got very frustrating, especially that not even two minutes after the general manager comes up to the door, screaming at us that checkout was at 11 and that we needed to leave when in the lobby there’s a sign that says if you’re staying past checkout, payment is due and card on file will be charged, there was no getting through to the manager and he called the cops and embarrassed my girlfriend and I, we will never be going back there and ask that people choose a different place to stay.

Don’t be fooled by the location. Literal blood all over the rooms walls and it’s non refundable. Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Just check any other review of the place

Overpriced ”

Overpriced because of its location. Unfriendly inattentive staff and the bed is hard as a rock, gave me legitimate back and shoulder pain for two days which is not normal. Hotel should be half the price of what we paid.

Room was OK but very dated, run down, and dingy. No hot tub as advertised. Friendly staff but room was still being ‘cleaned’ late afternoon for our check in. Location was good.

bad place”

3pm was check in, arrived at 6pm room not ready. Came back twice, not ready. finally at 7:30pm after a long day of travel was able to get to my room. The staff were doing their best but don't stay here.

Our room was disappointing. It was run down and didn't appear to be clean.
