Find hotels near Fah Ham in Chiang Mai, Thailand

I'm not the ones to write review about hotels however I couldn't stop myself writing this. My experience at this hotel was awesome, despite being a small boutique hotel they gave us 5 star service. For some people location a drawback but not for me. The major drawback for me personally is the water pressure in the shower (it was too low) not sure if all the rooms are like that. My friend and I never had a problem arranging taxi/shuttle to anywhere we wanted to go (all you have to do is ask the hotel and pay them when you check out) We asked the hotel to help us hire a car with driver for us for all day private tour and it was done flawlessly. We were running a bit late in that morning and called the restaurant to help us prepare breakfast in advance and to my surprise when we arrive the restaurant the breakfast was at the table :) The hotel staff understood English very well. We have asked them for toothbrush and Champagne glasses they provided us. While we were out on a tour I realize we forgot the champagne in the freezer so we called the hotel and ask them to keep it at the lower compartment surprisingly they did that for us too! This is a small boutique hotel with 5 star service, truly Thai hospitality! I have no complains at this hotel - pool was great with jacuzzi and you can order some alcohol/non-alcoholic drinks by the pool too. I am glad I chose this hotel. Nightmarket was 15-20mins away by taxi/tuktuk, so is Sat/Sun walking street. It would cost around 150-200thb from night market back to the hotel. Central Festival is also 5-10mins away by taxi/tuktuk. Some tuktuk drivers will make excuses and say the hotel is far but it isnt that bad. We have even tried out the Kiyora Spa which doesnt belong to the hotel but you can find the voucher at the front desk. Kiyora Spa is 20 mins away from the hotel and they offer free pick up and drop off..love it :)

It was a wonderful stay at Heun Fahham. We spent 7 days in Chiang Mai and this is the best place to stay. - room is clean with daily room service - fresh bathroom with all working facilities - great hospitality given by the owner - thumbs up for the food along the street. - i dont give comment but this is exceptional - being treated as part of their family as the name explains, heun(home) Surely will stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Thanks again to the owner.

I loved this hotel. Their staff is very friendly and kind to me probably to other customer too. I had to ride bus from bus terminal which only 1km from Hotel. One of a staff was kindly wrote memo in Thai to my bus driver so, I will know where I would like to stop. it was huge help!!! and it was great experienced that people were just warm and kind all the time. feels so nice to surrounded by this enviorment. I will absolutely go back to the hotel when I go back to Chiangmai!!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days while visiting the beautiful city of Chiang Mai, and it was amazing. The hotel is very tastefully built and decorated in a modern way, with a mixture of wood and other materials. The rooms are very clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning, for the very hot Thai evenings. Toy, the owner, was an amazing host. She was very kind to us, recommending places and helping to arrange for the transportation. All in all, it was an amazing stay in a very quiet, relaxing and homey place which we would recommend to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

The D Condo complex runs as what it is. A condo block not a hotel so does not have a reception as such, though the condo office staff where helpful when I arrived as what I did not realise was that my unit owner was responsible for meet and greet. Has it’s own private alley to the Central Festival Mall where you have a wide choice of restaurants or places to buy food. The condo swimming pool is fantastic, possibly the best in Chiang Mai! My condo was everything I expected and had a very comfortable bed which I find difficult to find overall whilst travelling.

The room was spacious (family room) and clean enough even though it looked quite old. Breakfast was not good. Everything was cold. Fried eggs were prepared too early, not freshy made. They did not keep the food warm. Poridge, the basic food for Thai, was so plain. Sausages were low quality. I could only taste flour, not meat. Bread was also low quality. Other 3-star hotels I stayed during this trip were far better.
