"I and my chinese friend from other city did shopping a lot that day at aeon mall and we were so much in legs pain that just want rest. So we check agoda and confirm it. Staff name Sasha was well introduced herself and hotel. Room was ok according to 2 persons. Bathroom and toilet is little just but we manage ourself in that thing. Ac working slow but that was good because in a while we start feeling cold. Over all its the best."

"This is my first time staying at this hotel and for me, it meets the standard of a complete hotel even though it was a sharing building with other company. Overall I am satisfied with the hotel. The staff okay but not very friendly for me but still they give a lot of help and cooperation. The least thing I like about the hotel is their parking lot. it's so limited and first come first serve, so you have to be early or else, you have to park far away or wait for empty spaces. About the location, it was a strategic place and almost at the centre of Setia Tropika. Very near to McD, convenient shops, market and so on. Oh and before I forget, they didn't have any in house food I guess... No dining in and you only pay for your stay. That's All"

"Overall its ok, staff nice, room clean and location is good with many restaurant around. But a bit confuse that 3 days before my stay, i call the hotel n they told me i got 1 room, but i did book 3 Family Quad and 2 Executive Room with Agoda n i have made full payment. Then they help me to reserve it. After arrive at the hotel, i check in a Family Quad room (4 person room) first as they the other rooms not yet ready. But when i enter the room, i notice that they give me a FAmily Triple room that not the same (room and price) as i book from Agoda. Then i immediately call reception counter n they told me as they only have 2 Family Quad in this hotel…. Really confusing me, if they only have 2 Family Quad in this hotel, then y they accept my booking and payment for 3 Family Quad room? End up i only stay 2 Family Quad and 1 Family Triple Room N no refund for that."

"I stayed for 1 night with 2 yound kids. Check in was quick. Room was ok, not too big but not too small. Room was big enough for you to lay down a prayer mat. Location also ok. About 5km away from Kempas toll. Overall, ok for a short stay. "

Yes, I'd like to call it 'vibes', and this beautiful yet unpretentious place gives out all the positive vibes. It is a great choice for a hideaway(travel solo), getaway(couple time) or stayaway(family or group). Because it's so peaceful, tucked away in an upscale residential neighborhood, and safe for young girls like me, but still not too far from downtown, booking a taxi or uber is super easy. I love the go-green upcycle philosophy behind the furniture, decor and beds, and to know that my spending here goes into the founders' avid animal-rescue mission. Thank you, Eco, for your commitment to street cats, we've lots to learn! "

"I enjoyed my stay at Ferda. I think the hotel worth your money spent. It is a new hotel. At the time of my visit, the place is very clean and comfortable to sleep. If you are hungry, you can eat at a Chinese restaurant next to the hotel. However, if you are looking for halal food, there is an Indonesian restaurant one or two blocks away but the food is very expensive for a bad taste. So, you may need to travel further away from the hotel. During my stay, it was noisy sometimes due to the other tenants who making loud noise (The room is not sound proof, so please consider others when staying there) but that is dependent on other tenants. The hotel is a bit isolated than the main road. So, you won't hear the traffic."
