"The arrangement of Complimentary & Buffet Breakfast needs improvement. It is not clear as to why the venue was at all shifted to the top floor of adjacent Building. This is creating discomfort to checked-in Guests on the top floor of the original Block. They need to comedown to Ground Floor-Reach the other Lift-Climb to top Floor once again.
Instead, wouldn't it be better to have an attractive Restaurant with Glass-Windows on three sides for Lunch/Dinner/General Purpose use at this Top Floor area and campaign for better view while dining and may give a comparable view of Horizon of Hotel Dolphin. Whereas, the Guests of both the Blocks can conveniently reach Ground Floor for this Complimentary Breakfast and rush to their works easily. Please think over."
