"The hotel is very nice, staff are professional and courteous. It had a businessman's atmosphere. English is a comfortable language and you can easily feel right "at home." The rooms are very nice and complete with Internet access, though cable and not wireless. It is extremely convenient for sightseeing, being close to Finland National Museum and near numerous tram stops and the Helsinki bus depot. A Finnair airport bus makes stops every 20 minutes just behind the hotel. Our only disappointment was the Macu Restaurant. Portions were tiny and overpriced. "

"The room was cold because it was not carpeted and the room temperature can only be set to max 24 deg. Even when a small radiator was given it was still cold in early October. The bathroom was also cold and was not hygienic when the water came out from the floor. Location wise, the hotel is 20 minutes walk to the city centre"
