Strategically located budget hotel with basement parking (self paid though)”

What is good - Great location next to Setapak Central Mall and food outlets within walking distance nearby. - Spacious family room (no windows though). - There is a fridge and hair dryer provided including toiletries. - Free access to awesome WiFi connections. - Hot and cold water at every floors for your convenience except no coffee or tea beverage provided. Who needs it when you can just enjoy your favorite Teh Tarik and roti canal downstairs. - Awesome scenery for rooms with windows facing Taman Tasik Danau Kota. What needs Improvement - Parking is not complimentary but made up by the budget priced rooms. - General areas in the room is clean but certain less accessed places need more attention. - Not too soundproof as voices can be heard in the corridors. - No vanity mirror which can be easily taken care of by the management.

nice hotel but small washrooms ”

the hotel is a very good option at cheap prices. It is far off from the KL sentral, the main happening place, so need to spend a lot on transportation. The MRT (Metro) is nearby and can be accessed through local bus. Don't plan by roads, even taxis, to visit the city, as they are always jam struck. best way is MRT. bathrooms are too short. food is not available but can be bought at the next door restaurant at affordable prices.. Overall a very good hotel with Setapak Sentral mall just opposite to it... Happy Journey all of you...

Clean, comfortable, value for money”

Was just for a night stay. The room is clean, comfy n modern design. Power points have extra usb slit for easier phone charging. Air-cond is good. 3 minutes walk to setapak sentral. The only thing was the elevator was not functioning during my stay. Anyway it was only 1,2 floors.

Great value”

Everything is totally new and definitely worth more than what I paid. However, it's pretty hard to locate, no signage. It's behind Setapak Central (Festival City Mall) at Blok G Platinum Walk (one area with Mali's Corner) next to Mamak restaurant.

Walking distance to Setapak Mall and Danau Kota Uptown..the main attraction in Setapak..room area is spacious for 2 person...however the parking is not included..need to pay extra rm10 for the overnight parking..shud have inform the rate beforehand..iron facilities shud have provided in every floor..no need for guests to get the iron from the receptionist and return within 1 hr..location..cleanliness is ok..consider the price..

Not bad”

The lift is not functioning but the female staff was kind enough to give us lower level due to the presence of older guest travelling with me but the male staff is not as friendly. The room is newly renovated. Even though we book hotel for two they give us one set of toothbrush only. The air con controller is not working. But the room cleanliness is still okay. Will stay again.

Evrything is good. The place is near to mall. At night u can just walking to go to restaurant. Near to uptown danau kota. Parking rate from 6pm - 8am is just RM1. No coffee in the room. Water flow at level 3 is bad but 2n floor the water flow is good. Please bring ur own shower gel and shampoo. No big mirror in the room so u need to go in the toilet. They use freeview channel tv. So evryday i only watch TV3 but its ok. Overall i like this hotel.

Location is great with alot of mamak shops and eateries around as well as being just beside Setapak Central Mall where you can catch movies and karaoke. Also nearby to Uptown Danau Kota night market. Rooms are clean and new. Receptionist on my first and second day were courteous and greets with a smile. Downside is very dark corridors and no mini bar.

I chose this hotel since my friend had always stayed there. She had given it a 5 stars rating. Well, it wasn't my luck, I think. Mine was a deluxe king room. The 2nd floor. My review? I'll start with positive points, the room is spacious and acceptably clean I would say. Also, parking fee is quite cheap & places like restaurant, convenient stores & shopping mall are a few steps away. Now! here come the minus points, the sleeping lights near the bed wasn't working, both of them. There are no hangers, no electrical iron and no tv channel. It's weird because my friend said she got them all during her stays. Thus this goes to my title of this review: NOT MY LUCK. Therefore I suggest while booking, ask for 1st floor + lake view, mind you. You might get a better experience. *Extra, dear coffee lovers, bring your own 3 in one coffee and spoon if you would like to have a cup of coffee in the morning before kicking start your day in the next morning.

Im not expecting this kind of service. It is VERY GOOD and recommended to those who are travel with young children. The facilities are good and complete. Its just nearby to the mall which is you can walk and it takes 5 minutes only. But, please improve the parking lot facilities. Yes. There is parking lot provided by hotel management. But there still few motocycles park at the lot. Others are good.

Behind the hotel is Danau Kota, and my room had this view. Very scenic. Location is quiet, facilities great. Water pressure is a bit weak.

After check in and one night after just aware the staff give me wrong room. Which i book lake view, but give me street view realised when next day morning the street down stair quite busy. LOL.... And the hotel May be cost saving, the light on corridor not turn on at night. Just maintain minimum light- the emergency light. The lift spoil, need walk the staircase, now light install on the staircase, u need a phone camera light turn on. The rest overall is ok. Oh yah. Parking is max rm6 per day.
