Good location, pleasant stay and affordable”
I did not expect the room of this high quality with the affordable rate of the room fee. The room is clean, beautiful, well furnished and comfortable. The washroom is clean and nice. Even though we got the room with city view, we still could see the glimpse of deep blue ocean in the horizon. The location is good since it's in the middle of KT CBD and near to Pasar Payang and Seberang Takir. The transparent elevator with amazing river view was a bonus, during our stay the weather was very hot and nice, the river appeared to be blue in colour.

Very nice location and clean house”
The beds were all comfy, the host provides us with enough linens, house is clean and beautiful, provided with washing machine and dryer, super convenient for travellers planning on going to the pool. Easy access to the pool, well equipped house, plus point to have Cuckoo water filter. Another plus point as the building is located just across the road with Aeon shah alam and stadium melawati. Suit for family with couple of spouses, they got Netflix and spacious living hall too👍🏻

But the upset is i booking for another days and the staff said just proceed and did not confirm with me either the voew is city or in front of river terengganu and we have to change room because my payment for next day is city view and if i want to stay at the same room have to add money..so this make trouble for me to pack my thing as before thats i already ask what is the procedure if i want to continue stay at this hotel and and i akready ask if i would change the room but the staff said no need and last minit he call me and said i have to change room. This is so upset as i bring my old parents and they need to pack the thing and fortunately we still at the room when the staff said have to cahnge room because i already want to go out to having breakfast and the staff also did not said apologize for this thing happen..

Comfy stay”
We stayed here to rest after Redang trip. Room and bathroom were very spacious, clean, comfy. The air con was centralized and not very cold in our room. Breakfast was worth it. Plenty of menu and superb river and bridge view from the restaurant. A lot of parking space too.

The hotel is located at strategic place where in Kuala Terengganu Town. Near with Pasar Payang and Kampung Cina. But the parking lot is limited bcs customers need to share parking lot with their staff. Otherwise, the other service is good n great ! Will stay here soon when I come to Terengganu again.

I really satisfied with the facility in the room. As requested for high floor during my stay, I can see city view from my room on floor 12 and while having my breakfast on floor 17, I can see Masjid Kristal. I enjoy the view so much and of course I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. Thanks.

Regular customer at felda residence Terengganu. Setiap kali datang terengganu mesti stay sini. Bilik always the best. Makanan dekat restoran tepi hotel always sedap. (Own by felda) All the menu sedap. Rugi gila kalau tak try. Staff memang semua friendly. Deserve 10 star from me.

Friendly staff, couldnt ask for more! The iron is in the wardrobe and in case you are looking for kettle, it is in the cabinet under the flat screen television. Amazing river view, I might come again as I really enjoyed the breathtaking view from 13th floor.

this hotel is 10 times better than Seri Malaysia KT. I paid RM20 extra than Seri Malaysia for this hotel, but i get 10 times extra in everything!!! the malay b'fast is sooooo good! the room is good too!!

One night getaway at Kuala Terengganu”
Room are clean & no issue with the centralized air-conditioning eventhough it looks a little old. Bathrooms is very clean. Wifi is provided for free & the speed is super fast. TV channel for my room is limited to TV1 & TV9 but supposedly it got a few Astro Channel as per shown on paper display beside TV(no issue as i don't watch it). My wife love the view from our room(facing the river). Overall we enjoy staying here👍🏼

Great stay for family with young kids. Requested 2 single beds, was promptly approved and managed by the staff. View was awesome. However, the toilet is quit smelly. And not much parking lot.

River view is the best choice”
Room is large and comfortable with a nice view on river. Foods also sell at reasonable price, taste good as well, so we can enjoy dinner with nice view of river at night . But very limited food during breakfast. Similar foods from Jintan Coffe House (Level 17) are also available at lower price (restaurant close to the parking lot), for breakfast and dinner.
