I enjoyed my stay at Ferda. I think the hotel worth your money spent. It is a new hotel. At the time of my visit, the place is very clean and comfortable to sleep. If you are hungry, you can eat at a Chinese restaurant next to the hotel. However, if you are looking for halal food, there is an Indonesian restaurant one or two blocks away but the food is very expensive for a bad taste. So, you may need to travel further away from the hotel. During my stay, it was noisy sometimes due to the other tenants who making loud noise (The room is not sound proof, so please consider others when staying there) but that is dependent on other tenants. The hotel is a bit isolated than the main road. So, you won't hear the traffic.

Decent for quick stay”

Very clean room, just nice for a quick stay. The Karaoke bar across the street was noisy on a Saturday night, so don't get the rooms facing the road if you're a light sleeper. Plenty of food options around

Generally, for short trip or stop over I would say reasonable set up Hotel with affordable price. Close to business area and the room for family just nice. Further, the staff is friendly.

Location is not strategic and the bar nearby is too loud at night the music is blasts and can be heard from the hotel room clearly. no lift so you have to climb the stairs with your luggage. it is a simple hotel if you are looking to just crash in for the night. not suitable for families.

Need to improve door slam harsness between another room. A little bit annoying when you heard another visitor enter their room.
