Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean, fixed the flush for us. For the price we've paid, it's worth it. The only cons I can find of this place is that the wall is not completely sound proof. Otherwise, it's very good overall. Extremely close to public transport (monorail and lrt Titiwangsa). Street parking is available if you're driving. Will come back again, if we are visiting Kuala Lumpur in the future.

Hairdryer is not provided. The shower heater is difficult to adjust. If you stay more than one night, need to specifically ask the counter for room service. Overall, quite satisfied with the room for its cleanliness.

Fairly pleasant stay”
Rooms look exactly in the pictures. We booked family rooms 301 & 401. However room 401 needs to be thoroughly checked and cleaned. We found baby roaches in the toilet and on the study desk. The hotel looks new and renovated. Staff was kind to allow late check out (one hour extra) at no extra fee. Would return again.

Pros and cons”
2nd time staying here because it’s affordable and easy access to the nearby places but this time around i had hard time getting a good rest after a long drive from another state due to loud noise from people next room.kids singing and slamming the door.And also i found small ants on my bed which i have no idea where its coming from.The shower not that hot slightly warm which is ok for me. its a ok stay for 1 night so im not going to be fussy about it.

New Hotel, Clean and nearby hospital”
First time staying in the hotel, a very basic budget hotel but new and clean. Just a minute can walk to Hospital KPJ. From Few minutes walk to Titiwangsa monorial station. At night got a famous seafood restaurant which is good for try. Staff is patient and polite. I will come again.

Would be great if they could pay attention to the below before the room being rent out : 1) check and repair the faulty item i.e. water pipe & tv remote control 2) ensure airing the room and spray with air freshener as the smell of the cigarette was strong 3) the water heater is not able to provide hot water especially in the 'busy hour' i.e. between 7am to 9am & 7pm to 9pm.
