Always good value ”

I stay here pretty much everytime I come to Hua Hin which is about 5 times a year. The apartments are always clean and spacious with a small kitchen area including a kettle, microwave, hob, fridge freezer and cooking utensils. The location is great for Cicada Market and the beach is about 20 minutes walk away but you do have to go under the nearby flyover which might not be ideal at night. If you have a car this is no problem and there is loads of parking. Swimming pool is great and fine for a splash or for a more serious swim as it is long. The service is great too. I have had lights not work and a problem with the door and someone has been up to the room in five minutes to fix it.

Long term stay”

Only a short walk to 7/11 and bluport shopping mall. Taxi at the entrance but 4km from downtown Hua Hin. The pool is excellent but sometimes the filter is not on, good gym upstairs with shower and lockers. Two bedroom gave us a larger lounge room, kitchen, fridge and microwave. Cleaning is weekly and the staff are quick and efficient in their duties. There is some noise traffic in the front residences and the security team sometimes converse loudly after midnight by the fire escape which can be annoying, otherwise a great place to chill out.

Good size room with separate kitchen - Hua Hin 108 is 4km from town centre but we enjoyed the quiet environment . nearest 7-11 a five minute walk and nearest supermaket in BluePort Mall about 15 minutes walk nearest beach adjacent Cicada Market about 12 minutes walk Taxi to town (V/V )150 Baht Excellent internet connection

Is a very nice place, the room is beautiful with kitchen so that is family with children that is a right choice, 7-11 is beside the hotel walk around 3-4 minute, will recommend friend is they are going to Hua Hin.

Clean, quiet, secure. ”

Great staff, secure parking, good location to town and the beach. Very good for location for southern Hua Hin. Cicada and Tamarind markets very close by. Better if you have your own transportation. Has a small closet. Must leave your clothing in your luggage.

Kitchen, Facilities, Cleaniness ”

Location was pretty far from city, but could make do by renting a bike or taking a songthaew. Other than that, great room with clean equipments; Love the gym and kitchenette. Safety was really good as well, with security on patrol. Even though it's far from city, I will stay at this apartment again should I return to Hua Hin.

Great value for money for its facilities and cleanliness ,but checking in needs major improvement ”

I like this suite very much for it was very clean, new, spacious , with all the equipments/appliances eg fridge, oven, knife, and even table cloth! However, it has no sign of ‘first choice suites’ at the building , and there’s on sign indicating which block is for first choice suites customers. There was no staff waiting for u to check in...it was raining heavily, I had to run in the rain between blocks to look for whom and where to check in. I hope the owner can email the future customers on which block to register etc. I’ll still recommend this to my friends and family.

I travelled with my parent and my family. Overall extremely good, very clean, comfortable, facilities are well placed, fast wifi and etc. Definetely will stay again if visit to hua hin. Highly recommend

Signage not clear, but otherwise, wonderful!”

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Just be aware that this is apparently a subset of apartments in a large apartment complex. There's no sign that says "First Choice Suites." There's a red sign with white lettering that says "Baan Kun Koey" in Thai and underneath in English in smaller letters. There is a closed gate. You have to drive up and tell the guard that you're there for First Choice Suites (and/or show him your reservation). The pool is very nice, and the kids really enjoyed swimming there. We had our own car, and covered parking is provided.

Great place to stay, very clean and modern styling. Has a nice pool and small fitness gym. About 5-10 mins to Hua Hin Town centre with transport or a 10 minute walk to Bluport

Fantastic apartment, just not very central to town.”

We had a fantastic stay at First Choice Suites. The apartment was lovely, very modern, clean and comfortable. Very strong Wi-Fi in room. The apartment has access to a lovely pool shared by the 2 towers on the block however as the majority of the other apartments are rented/owned privately we never saw anyone in the pool! The apartments are a good 10-15 minute taxi ride to town, although only costing 10THB to town it was not really the best location to be in.

Clean and nice serviced apartment”

Room is clean, with mini kitchen (you can do your own cooking). 10minutes walk to Bluport mall and Cicada market. The other famous attraction like Hua Hin railway, Hua Hin night market etc... are quite far away from the this apartment. Best if you got a transport or rental car to move around from this apartment.

First Choice Suite - บ้านคุ้นเคย”

I stayed in a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities you need. The condition of the rooms were pretty good, clean, new, and simple design. It's on the main road, so sometimes you can hear the traffic noise, but it wasn't so disturbing. There was no sign of First Choice Suite at the entrance, nor the building, so you might not know where it is. Good price if you don't mind not being near the beach or having no view.

I only gave location 3 stars as you need transport to get into Hua Hin town and the walk to the beach or Cicada market (which is very close) means you have to cross a busy road which is not easy to do. Turning right and walking under the u turn bridge is the best option but later at night it's a bit dark and there can be some dogs hanging around so best to take a stick.

Great Appartment”

We have enjoyed our stay in this appartement and the 711 supermarket is just around the corner. The downside is that this appartement is on the wrong side of the main road that crosses Hua-Hin. Not recommended for a stay with small children

Not far from the famous Maraskask Residence. Beautiful hau hin beach is 10 mintue walk away. no market is within 5 minutes walk. For that price to enjoy the beautiful beach, not bad. If not for the beach, try something else.
