We were very happy with the service at First Pride. Inthira and Mr. Vit are both very helpful and they made sure that we have a pleasant stay at Bangkok. At first I was worried because we arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and check in is not until 2 pm. Inthira was able to put us in one of the available rooms so we were able to rest and freshen up. Mr. Vit was also very helpful in arranging our transportation and handling a problem with my booking details. They really made such an effort for us to enjoy our stay. As with the rooms, they are very clean and they made sure we had fresh towels and toiletries are always refilled. The bed was also very soft and comfortable. The hotel location is also very convenient. It is very near bts station and shopping area such as Platinum mall, Pratunam market and Siam Paragon. We will definitely stay at this hotel in our next visit to Bangkok. Thank you First Pride for your superb customer service.

Good experience after all”
Overall experience was good, just a few points that I would like to highlight. Room is super clean but the edge of the bed frame is a it too sharp, me and my wife got kick into it a few times. Staff was helpful but some can be rude (we requested for extra towel (for my son),front desk replied “your room already has 2,how many people you have in your room?”) not cool. First stuck of my life in the lift, when we press the call button, no 1 reply. So we have to ring the emergency bell. But they did save us out in just 5 mins. Location was great, 7-11 just right in front, Family mart is few steps away and Pratunam market is within walking distance as well. I am sure that they can improve a lot more since they just open recently. All the best! Would come back again.

First Pride Hotel is a perfect 10 hotel with perfect location, with walking distance to Pratunam market, Platinum Mall, Massage Places, 7-11 and etc. Moreover, I love the hotel decoration, with a luxurious feel yet very comfortable. Starting from the exterior which is grand and modern with beautiful chandelier. The lobby is just exquisite with huge sofas and relaxing jasmine scent from the aroma diffuser. Hotel room is truly five-star hotel room with free wifi, 50-inch smart TV with Netflix button, toiletries. Furthermore, I feel like the room space is quite big. We could lay our 2 big luggage open in the room and there was plenty of space left. Also, the bed is very comfortable. The unique thing of this hotel is there club room with all day free drink and snack. When I come back to Pratunam again, this is the only hotel I will choose.

Just opened hotel in the bustling area of Ratcha. In case you don’t mind the outside tuk tuk, massage Massage yelling guys - it’s your place to go. Spacious room, amazing bathroom and super clean facilities. Staff is still in training, so don’t be shocked when things take longer :)

Clean room with toiletries. Location is good as it's just round the corner from Pratunam mkt. Hotel security is good too as you will need a key card to access your floor. Staff was really nice to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms.. no kettle in room, but hot water dispenser outside and you can also request the hotel for a kettle. The only issue I had was the wifi in room which was really weak.. however as we were out most of the time, it was ok.. have booked my next stay at first pride for my april trip

This is the first time stay at First Pride hotel. This hotel has amazing interior design when I saw first time. The rooms are super cleanliness and enough space with city view. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is well. Near with platinum mall and other famous malls. Great to find it by grab and you can easily hire taxis and Tuk tuks because they usually go through in front of the hotel. Infront has 7 eleven shop. You can book taxis inside the hotel to everywhere you want to go. Conclusion- great and peaceful hotel.

Hotel lobby look very grand and comfort, still can smell new paint odor but did not disturb us. Location very good, opposite is 7/11, family mart a few shop away, near to Pratunam market, Platinum fashion mall. Central world & Big C also walking distance, can just walk whole day at this area without taking BTS, Tuk Tuk or Taxi. We did take Taxi on the way back due to buy too many stuff,haha. Have many massage shop around, can try it out especially for Thai massage. We went one at Pratunam market and like it so much. The room is clean & comfort. Have pleasant stay at this hotel. will come back again if go Bangkok.

Best hotel I've stayed in Bangkok”
This hotel is one of the best hotel I've stayed in Bangkok so far. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Since the check-in time until check-out, all run smoothly. Since we opt for early check-out which was at 3am the bellboy and the receptionist were both being super helpful to us. 7E just located at the opposite of the hotel and it is so convenient for us to get midnight supper. As for Muslim, there is one halal restaurant nearby. The walking distance between the hotel and Pratunam Market/Platinum Mall is actually really close. The room is very clean and the tv does come with Youtube and Netflix too.

Hands down one of the best hotel in Pratunam area. Check in and check out was fuss free, hotel staff was polite and helpful and they were also accommodative to our request. The room was nice, decent and clean. Totally exceeded my expectation considering the price that I paid for, comparing to other hotels in pratunam that I’ve been to. 711 is just at the hotel doorstep, pratunam market, platinum mall within walking distance. Value for money, centrally located”
We booked 3 rooms for our recent family vacay in Bangkok. This is a new hotel, located centrally in Pratunam with lot's of shopping and food options around. We arrived late on the first night and smoking room was given to us instead of non smoking room, but room were changed promptly when we highlighted the issue the next day. Breakfast was basic. Worth the price and will definitely come back to the same hotel once again.

-Friendly and helpful staffs, from their Agoda admin team to front desk, restaurant, bellboy, and house keeping. -Clean and tidy throughout the hotel. The baby cot they provided also well cleaned and with soft sheets. -Cosy design in the room and very comfy pillows and mattress, they provide 2 pillows for each guest which most of the small hotels don't do this. -When small hotels usually only provide shampoo and conditioners and soap, this hotel match up to big hotel standards by providing not only these 3 items but also sanitary bag, shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton bud, slippers, umbrella. -Multi power plugs hidden inside the table for both usb cable and normal charger, we didn't need an adapter for Singapore chargers. -If you travel to BKK often and comfortable to walk around small alleys, 5-10mins walk to Pratunam market, 10-15mins walk to Platinum mall and NEON night market, 7-Eleven right in front of lobby, nearby eateries and foot massage with short walks.

In short, everything is perfect about this hotel. I arrived late at night and was welcomed by the bellboy who helped us with the heavy luggages. The check-in process was smooth but there is a 1000b security deposit. We were pleasantly surprised by the gesture of the hotel, as they prepared a nice surprise (swan towels and balloons), knowing we were there to celebrate our honeymoon. The room is as depicted, however the shower was not equipped with a glass door, and we had to use a shower curtain (which could not prevent some water from coming out). Otherwise, the room is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and very clean and new at that, which is a major plus point. Opposite the hotel is a 7-11 and not far away is a FamilyMart where you can get all your things easily. The hotel is a 10-15mins walk away from the main streets where Platinum Mall is, but you could always get a Grab (the lounge is a comfy place to chill at while waiting too). The hotel staff were also very friendly in assisting us. Overall, this is a hotel to stay in if you want a pampered stay in Bangkok. I would be here to stay again if I'm back.

walked to hotel using google map navigation, it was quite dark and scary to walk from bts to hotel as the map navigated through a small alley. path was difficult to walk as well, tho it was pretty near. probably 10 mins walk. recommend to walk the longer way along pratunam market, not as dark (but might be inconvenient if you’re carrying luggages.) or tuktuk to and fro between bts and hotel is 100baht. hotel is awesome. very clean, toiletries topped up everyday, staff for room service was exceptionally friendly and great. reception was great as well. only doorman not as friendly but good enough. comes with smart tv with youtube and netflix, small balcony, free large mineral water everyday. really loved the interior design of hotel, very modern with many marble and wood interiors. room and toilet was spacious enough. very clean as it is a new hotel. hot and cold water dispenser outside of room. breakfast is not as great. little varieties. but place was very spacious and clean.

Very good Hotel”
We stayed there for 4 nights. At first, we were little worried about the hotel as it was a brand new establishment (Started just 4 months ago) but when we entered the room, we were sure that it was a very good decision. The room was excellent, bed was big, room was spacious and clean as home. Lovely set of amenities and biiiiiiiiiig TV. Service was excellent too. They have water filters in floors so you can refill the water as you wish. Doormen were always helpful to call the taxis or tuktuks whenever we went outside. Very good breakfast options with buffet setup. Location is really convenient. Middle of everything but not noisy or crowded. I am not booking any other hotels except this one if the service remains same.
