"We visited Bang Saphan, which is a small town ~20kms from Ban Krut. Before getting into any details, would like to call out "Pim", who manages the front desk and is a super helpful, friendly and nice person. She can speak English (which helped us a lot) and was super accommodating and informative. The resort is great, we took 2 sea view villas and the beach was just 2 minutes from the rooms. The resort also has a good pool and shower rooms, and an in-house restaurant which is very very economical and had some good thai and european food! I would highly recommend this place to anybody visiting bang saphan and would certainly come back if I ever visit this place again! "

"I stayed here in early September 2020 and got a warm welcome from the staffs. During the stay here , the hotel was currently renovating some parts of it. When they knew the schedule of my stay, they did their bests to keep things and places as beautiful as before. I could feel the efforts and determination of everyone in the hotel to make me have a wonderful experience of staying here. I love to stay here."

"I enjoyed my stay here, but I have my reservations. Firstly, it's located in Bang Saphan Noi, the smaller town of Bang Saphan (I made a mistake and thought it was the larger town) - it's very, very quiet. I Had the entire place to myself. Staff had very limited English (except one guy) but we're very polite. No English information what so ever, so found myself trapped on the beach by myself for the day (which suited me fine). Room was basic, but very clean and bed comfortable. Plus owner gave me a lift on the scooter to the bus station at the end of my stay, which was helpful. "

"Bang Saphan - or really Suan Luang beach where this hotel is located, is a very sleepy untouristed area to grab a hammock and walk the beach. there little else to do here (options expand if you rent a motorbike which I recommend). I've come here 2x a year for 5 years to volunteer at a nearby dog rescue (Headrock Dogs, also recommend if you are a dog lover). I usually stay in a simple bungalow (not found on internet) but wanted a/c this time as August can be hot. Chala is newly built, clean, attentive staff, comfortable beds, great a/c, attention to detail such as always available coffee, water, bananas, hot water pot and nice grounds right on the beach. breakfast is very simple and uninspired but considering in low season nothing is open - it was a blessing. If you want modern comforts for a reasonable price this is a good choice. "

"Great we did two nights in the garden bungalow, the quality of accommodation is high. Very large by bungalow with great extra features, curtains for privacy and comfy deck chairs as well as table n chairs on balcony. The we did two nights in Seaview room ......This place is secluded and quiet love bang saphan and sangjun "

"Pros: Nice owner. Fruit basket on arrival. Well maintained. Quiet and safe. Nice beach. Cons: Very bad roads. Nothing to do in area. Price should be less for what you get."

"Very disappointing experience for my family's holiday. We were entirely misled by the owner of the property. Discussion of this on the first day came to a resolution but only to be withdrawn. The owners are of the opinion that if you pay up front then you are committed and they have no obligation to honor their agreement. Do not pay this property in advance. I repeat. Do not pay in advance! There are much better places to stay both North and South within a short distance. Baan Saphan is a lovely community and has a very relaxing and interesting environment. Don't bother with the money grabbing, want to be's of Blue Beach Bungalows. You will be both disappointed and left to find out for yourself. Note the blue disco lights in the swimming pool, they are an indication that this place caters for those coming down from Bangkok to party on weekends. Away from seeing eyes. There is no restaurant, there is no drinks, you must find your own. The nearest is at least 5km away. I will not go back"

"Everything is clean. You can rent a motorbike which is great. Directly at the beach and there‘s a lot to explore in Bang Saphan Yai. At the reception they also have recommendations what to do and organize tours. The Wifi wasn‘t the best. The AirCon is good. Breakfast is very nice and the staff is very kind even though they don‘t really speak english. We checked in very late (3 am). Since ig says 24 hour reception we thought this is no problem. Luckily we were able to check in that late but we first had to wane her up. There are also a lot of Restaurants near."
