Good location, located opposite Komtar and city square, beside zenith mall where there is a haidilao. Room is small but adequate for a night's stay or two. Toilet seems quite old. There's a security guard outside so it feels safe. Reception only had one staff when checking out and there was a long queue.. might be good to have a box to drop off room cards for express checkout. Otherwise, it is worth the price and will return again.

A pleasant stay but improvements needed”
The hotel is located near the CIQ, which is about 10 minutes walk. The pros are staffs' hospitality, decent breakfast, spacious room & toilet, and cleanliness. There are a few improvements required. For one is the checking in process. To my surprise, even though the check in time was 3pm, my room wasn't ready when I arrived on 5pm. Next is the parking. The ramp up and down to the next floor is very narrow. Therefore, please remember not to speed and take extra precaution. Last but not the least is the housekeeping. We have to request for the housekeeper to fill in the body shampoo as it was empty. Also, the safety box is locked by the previous occupants and this wasn't being reset. However, our stay was pleasant.

Cleanliness to be take note”
We requested a bedlinen and cover change on the first night as we saw several hairs on, which make us curious that does it change new covers from the previous tenants. Although it changed after we requested, I'm doubt is clean, as I seems to get bitten by bed bugs during the night, as I thought is might be mosquito bites, but the bites scar got swollen and rashes which was told by doctor that it might be a bedbug bite. Toilet tiles gap and shower curtain has mold on it.

I hate to give bad comments but I'm tired of the terrain of issues since I checked in this afternoon. 1. I went to check in and waited so long because system has issue. They asked to come back to get my card. So I left for early dinner. Then they forgot to issue a receipt. 2. They gave me Room 707. It was so noisy because the lift is just next to my room and playing loud music at the hall. I asked to changed room. 3. Room 1122 was given. Floors full of hairs. Asked for room service to vacuum. So finally, they came to vacuum the room. 4. After completed vacuuming the room, suddenly the aircond is making noise. So, I waited for them to come. Technician came after a numerous call to reception. 5. After technician fixed the noise, there is no bloody towel!!! 😭 Why are you guys doing this. I'm just so disappointed and tired.
