I can imagine if there was a bunch of people in line, but there wasn’t. The receptionst Jennifer was so rube when we checked in she hardly told us any because she was so busy talking to her co-workers. Another incident, We were told the hotel was booked so we waited a couple hours and used the website ( I said there were rooms available). We got one and the same Jennifer scolded my wife using the website and had a fit about talking to Managment. Meanwhile my wife is just standing there eventually cutting her off and asked her for a refund, and to deal with the issue that your website sold us a room later. Can’t believe no one hasn’t complained about her before.
