Need to make check-in process more clear”

Very strange entrance instruction. On e-mail, we got just one PIN from the key safe box from one flat and didn't get one from another, we replied on e-mail, but nobody replies. After arriving at the place nobody said to us that we need to put *code# to enter the code, so, as a result, our code was not accepted to the system and we can't get in. After some time we found instruction near garage, when we got in, we found telephone number of the reception and I made a call, just after that we got the second key with the correct room number and correct code. We spent 1 hour for the check-in quest! Why not use a smart unlock system from the phone with clear instructions? Appartments were good, as a parking inside, but not clear instructions for check-in and very hard process - terrible.
