I have been staying at this hotel for a number of times when visiting Hakodate, and would stay here again. Perfect location; just a minute walk from Hakodate station. Rooms are fairly large; single rooms have large beds and was very comfortable. All rooms are non-smoking but they have smoking booths in various floors so I did not find it burdensome; in fact the rooms stay fresh and clean without any smoke. Last but not least, I found their breakfast spot on. This time I had a chance to have their Seafood donburi (海鮮丼）, a seasonal special apparently, which was a huge surprise for me. Looking forward to more specialties like this in the future! シングルの部屋がかなり広く、大変過ごしやすかったです。 自分自身喫煙者ではありますが、喫煙所を別途設けて全室禁煙にすることで、部屋自体に匂いがこもらずとても清潔でよかったと思います。 ロケーションも良くリピートさせていただいてますが、スタッフの対応、部屋の快適さ、食事、全て満足です。 今回幸運にも期間限定の海鮮丼の朝食を食べる機会があり、味も大変良く嬉しいサプライズでした。 また利用させていただきます。

Excellent location, good sized rooms, very nice hotel.”
Upon arriving we were able to park conveniently. Check in took no time at all and we soon found out we had most of the main attractions within 30 mins commute. The bus station was on our doorstep, which was the main commute we made. There is any number of fresh sashimi restaurants in the neighbouring seafood market. In fact, so content were we, we couldn't have asked for more from this hotel. Besides there being a convenience store on the ground floor for any late night needs, and the ease of access to the JR station, we'd like to recommend this hotel for all of those wishing the comfort and peace that this hotel has to offer.

Literally a 2 minute walk from the Hakodate Train station. Great location! The morning fish market is 1/2 block away. Take your breakfast there every morning as restaurants there open as earlier as 6:30 am. Can walk to Donburi Yokocho, a small narrow alley with many Izakaya type bars and restaurants, about 3 blocks from the hotel. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future. We made a last minute change to stay 3 nights instead of 2. We are glad we did. Hakodate is a great place to visit. 3 full days is perfect, 2 full days may be a little rushed.

Right beside the train station and staff was really helpful”
Actually, I chose it because it was winter and really did not want to lug the bags on slippery roads. It was the nearest hotel in Hakodate to the station I find and there is a pharmacy and some souvenir shops on the ground floor, really really convenient. The hotel is near the fish market and if you walk about 15 to 20 min, you will get to the red warehouse area. The staff was really helpful and being a member of the Starwood hotels, I got late checkout. Nice.

Unbeatable Location with Good Breakfast”
Unbeatable location, just walk across to the morning market and JR station. Breakfast is good as well, they even serve morning wine as part of the breakfast. My only complaint is the Japan Tax Free shop within the hotel building, one of the staff members (think she is from Taiwan) literally stared at me for a good 5 seconds when I asked for a second pair of chopsticks for my cup noodle purchase. I mean, what kind of service is that? Just go to any 7-11 or Lawson in Japan and you can get an unlimited amount of cup covers, stirrers, sugar, creamer etc. I would be most obliging to pay for that disposable chopsticks if she asked. That member of staff should be re-educated in customer service or otherwise terminated to prevent further damage done to future customers. Understand that the Japan tax-free shop is probably a different company from the hotel, but still, it forms part of the hotel stay experience.

The hotel location is excellent, as it's right next door to Hakodate Station, but you don't get any of the noise. There's also a bus terminal across the road, and the Hakodate Morning Market is around the corner. Staff were very friendly, and the rooms were very modern and clean. Breakfast was a huge selection of Japanese, Chinese, Western, and European options. Would happily stay again.

It's located opposite JR Hakodate station, near morning market, convenience shop and the famous restaurant: Lucky Pierrot. Fantastic view from our room. Slightly warm despite that we visit Hakodate during winter (January 2020) but you can always open the window. The room and the bed is a little small for us.

Superb location ”
The location is great. The hotel is just right opposite of the JR station, walking distance from the famous morning market and also the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse area. Room is at a decent size but slightly warm. If you need a cooler room, ask the concierge if the aircon is turned on during your stay, otherwise request for a room where you'll be able to open the windows. Other than that, everything about the hotel is great. Full amenities which includes hairdryer, pyjamas and bottled water daily. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to all who's visiting Hakodate.

2 Mins Walk to Fish market - so you do not have to fight with Travelers for Breakfast or Lunch ! - 3 Mins walk to JR station and Bus station (25-30 min by Bus from Airport) Room is quite spacious and clean - will definitely stay there again if we go back to Hagodate
