Pretty nice hotel”
I live in the United States. I would consider this hotel to be pretty comparable to a 4 star hotel stateside. Its a very nice hotel inside and out. They are security conscious. There is a very nice pool on the top floor. The food available is pretty decent. I got tired of Indian food in general on this trip, and obviously have an American palette. So I'm not going to lie and say the food was my favorite. But it beat having to go in to town for a meal. The one bummer is this hotel doesnt yet have their liquor license (as of May 2019). They have a lovely bar that is ready to go, but its note open yet. The staff was very pleasant. The kept good care of my room. They were quite accommodating for arranging transportation. They were pretty helpful, sans some of the language barriers. I picked this hotel because of its proximity to my customer. It ended up being a 5 minute walk to their office from the hotel. The street that connects the hotel to my customer is clean and safe

The facilities for the price and the location is excellent. The staff and the hospitality is good but can be better. The dinner buffet was extremely disappointing honestly. However, the breakfast buffet was alright and much better.

Average Hotel in Kochi”
Obviously we were expecting better for Sheraton. Indeed it’s cheaper than other starred hotels in Kochi, but that doesn’t make the excuse of certain compromises on quality such as the horrible smell in our bathroom. Some other disappointments were like the unusual, and unnecessary lengthy check-in, wrong assignment of interconnecting rooms, and the undertrained front desk staff. We did have some positive experience here though, the highlight was the massage I did at Vera with Anitha PV. She was skilled, genuine, personable and cheerful, which made the session a true rejuvenating experience. Breakfast was tremendous, with good variety of the continentals on top of the authentic keralite meals. The location was neither here nor there - do prepare to leave 1 hour earlier if you’re heading to the airport. Lulu mall is 30 minutes away on normal traffic.

Four Points Sheraton Review Sinan Make a very positive review for Four points by Sheraton kochi, especially congratulating shomit an employee I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton in Kochi and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly staff, including Shomit, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with spacious and modern rooms that had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, with easy access to a variety of local attractions and amenities. But what truly made my experience stand out was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Shomit. He was always willing to go the extra mile to assist with anything I needed, and his friendly and professional demeanor made me feel welcome and well-cared for. I highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton in Kochi, and especially want to congratulate Shomit for his outstanding service. If you're looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kochi, this is the place to be!
