Four Points provides best facilities (clean & comfy bedrooms, clean & beautiful infinite pool, awesome breakfast menus, gym , etc.) and excellent service of the staffs. It is a great trip in Manado, with living in Four Points. Everyone working here are very nice, and warm-hearted. It is very safe and enjoyable to stay at this hotel, the breakfast is very good with lots of food. Don't miss the swimming pool view during the sunset, which is extremely beautiful you cannot forget. We will choose here again if we go to Manado again. We love here.

I forgot my stuff on check out, and the staff kindly found it and return it to me. Very nice. The breakfast is 😋 yummy. Integrated with the biggest shopping center in Manado and the swimming pool is clean. Free parking for the whole staying day.

THE BEST HOTEL IN MANADO”
This is a great hotel, really close to the Mall. I would suggest if you travel around holiday season (Xmas or public holiday) to be wary as the traffic was horrendous from the airport to the hotel. It took two hours because all traffic was headed for the Mall (underneath the hotel). I only stayed one night be the view and pool look great and it's supposed to be the best place to stay in Manado

Great location, large breakfast and great rooms. But the hotel is close to a café having loud party music on Friday and Saturday nights; you could hear it until 2:30am if your room is facing it. Also, rooms facing the pool will get the pool bar music all day.
