Wonderful hotel and nice surrounding with bank shop and restaurant . ”

Hotel was very nice clean staff are very friendly and service is the best. This is our first time in Puchong to our surprise the town was very Uni and there are many shop house surrounding with a lot of massage palor restaurant puband supermarket Is not far from KL Centre about 30mins by taxi if there are not much traffic . Anyway we fall in love with Four Point by Sheraton hotel and will be back soon Wonderful place to stay.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel (if I'm not mistaken). The staff service was excellent. The room was clean and very comfort. In room free wifi very strong. The most important is value for money. I will return to this hotel again when visit KL. Good job to Four Points by Sheraton Puchong.

New 4 start Hotel location in Puchong”

We had a great stay in Four Points, is a new hotel in puchong area, and the only 4 Star hotel in this area. We booked for corner room. the room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Sound proof is good and gives us a very good sleep at night. This hotel surrounded by business area and a lots of Restaurant and Massage services. Breakfast is great, international buffet with a lot of choices of food. We love the breakfast here. Easy parking at the basement of the hotel.

Good, Clean Hotel”

I am very impress with the Receptonist Miss Puteri. She really make our stay very comfortable and happy . We left Spore at 4.30am so when we we reach Four Point Sheraton we were extremely exhausted after thenlong journey and mass traffic jamm But Puteri went the extra mile to service us. Our check in was smooth and quick.. Her service is efficent n very good. Staff like Puteri make us want to stay again at Four Point Sheraton. Thank You Puteri

Probably the best Hotel in Puchong”

Hotel is very clean and comfortable, all check in and check out process is very efficient. Although it is not as luxurious as Sheraton as parent company, but the hotel is very comfortable and still maintain very high standard of operation. Staffs are friendly and approachable. I did not try the breakfast and dinner but it looks more than acceptable. Will stay again in this hotel if I visit KL and would like to meet friends and relatives who stay in Puchong area.

Four Points Sheraton Puchong Hotel Review”

I'm frequent customer for Four Points Puchong. As usual, it's nothing to complain about. However this time the staff at the counter is new, it took longer time to sort out my check out. And the lamp lighting inside the swimming pool is dislodged hanging on wire in the water. It exposed the lighting's bracket with sharp metal blade that is dangerous for users. Hope hotel management will take initiative to avoid this going forward.

Pleasant stay as always”

Regularly stay here and can safely say it is the best hotel in Puchong. Service is impeccable, rooms are clean and the staff are always friendly. Only gripe is that the breakfast food is a little lacking in quality - pancakes and waffles are rock hard, juices are a sweet cordial mix, but the local cuisine is ok though. Hope to have a better breakfast next time! :)

Room is spacious, bed and pillows are super comfy, bathroom is huge and very user friendly, big buffet spread with delicious food, 7-11, clinic and many other shops are just a stone throw away. Unfortunately it is located at one of the busiest part of Puchong. Took me half an hour on a weekday afternoon to just get on the main road from the hotel. And sadly there's no kids swimming pool

This is THE hotel to be staying in when anyone wants to stay in Puchong. Safe, clean and really fantastic staff. I love the bed... so comfortable! The food choices outside the hotel makes it a super plus. The massage places too. Can't get any better than this! I love the car park too. Spacious and bright.

I love the design of the hotel stylish and cozy, the room was superb and clean and hotel staff were very helpful and attentive to small detail. This hotel will always be my preference when I am back in Puchong.

Good Service and Pleasant Stay”

Have been staying at four points at least once every month and all has been great. Minor miss in the hotel taxi service in mornings. Fare should be informed before passenger is provided with a taxi.

Deluxe and Standard”

I don't know what is the definition of Deluxe and Standard Room, I checked in for 2 nights booked with a Deluxe corner, but was told that there's only twin bed available. So I reluctantly accept to downgrade my room to Standard bcos I wanted a King bed. I return to checked in for another night due that my work can't finish. This time I booked a Deluxe room but was told by the counter that it's all standard rooms only, if want Deluxe Room to pup another RM25. In the first place, I just realized that it was stated very clearly that the room I booked was a Deluxe and yet the girl at the counter ask me to top-up. I really think if Deluxe and Standard room at Sheraton Four Points are just marketing terms.

Overall nice and new hotel”

It was a short stay at Four Points by Sheraton Puchong but overall satisfactory. If I am around Puchong again will definitely be with them. I didn't manage to try the food and thus the low rating.
