Ship Themed Hotel”
The hotel was themed like a ship. From the hotel's food area to the lobby and individual rooms all are themed like a real ship and was a wonderful experience staying there. The hotel staff are well behaved and understand good English. The hotel had bell boy service for transfering luggage to the rooms. The bell boy was very friendly and helpful. He told about the attractions near the hotel and was enthusiastic in communicating with us. Overall had a wonderful stay at S.22 hotel, would definitely stay again and recommend to all travelers.

A good place to transition to the islands. ”
My business is in Bangkok and I was in no hurry to get to the islands and I love to explore the area. S.22 hotel was the perfect place for this. I arrived on train, took a 200 Baht Taxi ride to the hotel. Then as a Vegan/Vegetarian, I found Earth Zone Vegetarian restaurant right down the street. Moreover, the hotel arranged my ferry ride for the islands the next day and even had a van to pick me up at the hotel in the morning.

I’ve been rest at this hotel twice times, and all are great , still. The breakfast are delicious and staff are friendly and helpful. The room are clean and bed so comfortable .

It's a perfect value for money option”
The hotel is new, modern and everything meets the standard a 3-star hotel should be; cleanliness, and convenience of its location. However, what surprised me the most is breakfast which is really nice.

New modern good hotel in Surat Thani”
This was our first time in Surat Thani, on our way to Koh Samui. The hotel is situated a bit on the outskirts of the city, but still in an area with lots of shops and restaurants. Most of the restaurants open late afternoon and are very reasonble priced, offer delicious Thai food. The hotel itself has a nice lobby, the check-in goes smooth, staff are very friendly and accomodating and they also have enough knowledge about traveling to Samui and other islands. The rooms are spacious with an industrial design. Amenities are sufficient, with a watercooker, coffee, tea available. The breakfast is good, with enough choice to get one going for the day. In short, a comfortable pleasant and clean hotel. Only one point can be improved.... I really missed a newschannel in English, such as CNN or BBC world. For the rest, no complaints at all.

A girl at reception her name call "Fern" is very helpful to help me to give a call for confirmation of my driver while I can't reach my driver. Friendly Staff at Restaurant and very polite bellhop guide us to room and also send our luggage. About 10 minutes car journey to Surat Thani night market.Can easily get Grab from hotel.

we only stayed one night but wished could have been longer. a lovely room, all very clean and really excellent value for money. good restaurant very good buffet breakfast too (though a few more veggie options would help). all staff very friendly and keen to amuse and help with our two year old!
