The room is clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is perfect for us. The room is noisy from the street at night.

Quick stop”
Stopped for one night before taking the flight. Clean, cheap and just what we needed. Staff doesn’t speak such good English, we tried booking the taxi for the airport and it didn’t come at the time agreed. Impossible to flag down a taxi from the street early in the morning. Eventually someone showed up but the receptionist wasn’t helpful at all in solving the situation.

Reasonable prices, clean room, large bed, nice bathroom with water heater, large car park in the back Working Elevator 👍🏻 But the wall is quite thin I can hear people talked on the hallway in the morning. But overall it’s good.

I was trying to book train ticket online but was not able to do it. The staff of the hotel helped to buy the tickets for us. She was also showing us where to go and ear even she was away in Laos.

O alojamento tinha muito boas condições, cama king size super confortável, ac. WC impecavel. ”
O quarto escolhido era bastante agradável, frigorífico no quarto, gel e shampoo de banho no duche. A localização do alojamento ficava um pouco distante do centro, mas com um tuk tuk por 60 bath, tudo se resolve. Os recepcionistas pouco ou nada falavam inglês. Para uma noite em Suratthani, esteve óptimo.

This place is well location in Suratthani. Elevator is a bit old age. Staircase too dangerous especially for a little kid. Stair rail a bit wide, wide enough to little kid can fall. They have some facilities (Workplace, cafe) and all of facilities was closed, If you are digital nomad this place is not for you. Not sure it's due to COVID-19 all facilities was closed or they closed occasionally but for the time I stay I'm not happy with. Better need to check it before visit the place if you want to use some facilities.

The bed was too soft. Not good for people with back problems. The hotel provides free parking, quite specious.

So many small cockroach and spider in the room even on the bed also got cockroach. I book three room , all room same condition. I report it to a girl staff at reception by she ignore me.

Hotel is located in the downtown of Suratthani, quite compact with reasonable price. Parking space provided.

Hard beds, no sheets”
I took my kids here because they really want bunk beds and the bunk rooms looked fun. The room was small and cramped, the beds were very hard, you can really feel the springs. I asked for sheets because the covers they gave us were very thick and warm. I was told no on the sheets. Not worth what we paid at all.
